If any of you are picking up Kid Icarus: Uprising, if you have a Club Nintendo account, you can get 3 Rare Kid Icarus cards completely free. Here's the link: http://kidicarus.nintendo.com/uprising/explore-the-game/arcards.html#giveaway

I have Kid Icarus preordered, gonna pick up the Control Pad Pro thing with it. Looks amazing, and Multiplayer looks like a blast, too.
dear god man. Are your eyes made of steel? I can barely handle it at 10%ish.
Haha, when I first bought the 3ds I thought "hell, this is insane, my eyes keep shifting the focus" but nowadays I just start the console and it's like I am looking at my phone, just that it's in 3D and kickass. Also, I hate how MGS implemented the Circle Pad Pro. I can't remember if it was like this in the PS2 version, but after you center the Circle Pad again it still moves a little bit and I find it very hard to aim at enemys.
So I got my 3ds on monday, got drunk and tried to play it in full 3D. Would not recommend the immense mind fuck that took place.
Just bought my first eShop card. Any recommendations? I'm going to buy Colors 3D when it comes out so I'll have $12 leftover.
The Rolling Western game with the Armadillo.
Well great, looks like the Kid Icarus AR Card are gonna be quire rare: http://www.zeldainformer.com/2012/03/want-more-kid-icarus-ar-cards-heres-a-list-of-where-to-find-some.html
I went to Target to get the points card. Apparently I met Target from United States in Mii Plaza. His favorite game is Mario Kart 7 (Demo Version). Seems like a pretty cool guy.
I got a Kid Icarus card in the recent issue of Game Informer.
I can't wait for someone to scan all the cards so I can just print them. [editline]14th March 2012[/editline] irl piracy
I got a Kid Icarus card in the recent issue of Game Informer.
how do you use it? or does it only work with the game
how do you use it? or does it only work with the game
Only in-game.
So when is KI coming out again? That'll have to be my next 3DS purchase.

http://www.rollercoastertycoon.com/ Oh yes. I just hope it's more like RCT2 and less like RCT3
If it's very similar to RCT2 then I might pick it up. I have a wishlist of 3DS games I want but none of them are really worth buying. (I guess Steam has spoiled me in terms of value for money)
It's probably going to be closer to RCT3 in order to be "kid friendly" though
Explain? I never played RCT3 but from watching friends play it and the general opinion It didn't seem to appeal to me. I'm pretty sure tons of us played RCT2 successfully as a kid so idk about being kid friendly.
Guest can't die, and it lost its isometric charm to go for low poly models and simple interfaces Pretty much a given that the interface will be simple for the 3DS, and the isometric part is just my opinion anyway RCT3 also went for more "realistic" expansion packs, which was a little boring compared to dinosaur rollercoasters

And the expansions were hella-fun in my opinion. You're right, they could have been a bit more out-landish, though. And the Circle-Pad Pro doesn't connect to the 3DS directly? That's... odd. Idea a friend came up with: a Pokemon Box app. GENIUS

That feeling when you're first for a whole race, then blue shell'd at the end to get fourth. Then get second by one point. :suicide:
Anyone know when the next eShop update is? I'm getting REALLY eager for Colors 3D.
Anyone know when the next eShop update is? I'm getting REALLY eager for Colors 3D.
It updates every Thursday. Today we got three Game Gear games and some DSiware game.
Dillions rolling west (or whatever the game is called) music sounds kinda like a song from LoZ: Spirit Tracks. Does anyone else think it does?
You can get the Rhythm Thief demo in the eShop. It's a bit too easy and simple. Rhythm Heaven was simple too but it required precision and focus.

The graphics are lovely, the music reminded me of Cowboy Bebop which is never a bad thing, the gameplay was varied enough to be interesting each time. I didn't find it to simple either so perhaps that was just you.

RCT3 looked like they tried to make it pretty and just failed. Also, probably just me, but I found having so many rides kind of frustrating since I had no idea what to build :v:
God fucking dammit. Colors still isn't out.
