I loved the demo so will pick it up once I have some cash, it reminded me of Cowboy Bebop
I just bought it today. I'll play it for a few hours and post my first impressions. [editline]18th April 2012[/editline] Okay I played it for an hour or so, and here's what I think. The game is pretty high quality. The cutscenes are well animated and the music is really good. They took inspiration from Professor Layton. (You can tap around the scenery to find coins which you can spend on unlocks) The backgrounds are well drawn. I'm not too fond of the character design though. The biggest gripe I have with Rhythm Thief is that the game was designed for kids. The puzzles are ridiculously simple and I think there was a plot hole in the 1st or 2nd chapter (spoilers I guess, although it's not that revealing) [sp]After you save Marie and Phantom R carries her by hopping across boats, she doesn't have her violin anymore. Then it appears at Raphael's apartment[/sp] The plot feels like the story to a kids cartoon and the actual Rhythm mini game sequences are spread too far apart. The voice acting is a bit tacky. Besides my nitpicking, I'm enjoying it so far.
is dillons rolling west game any good or should i save my $7 in eshop money longer
YES, I enjoyed it. Zelda-like Tower Defense. Large map to roam around, go into caves to fight enemies and get materials, sell materials, upgrade towers, when the night comes and the enemies start rolling out, you chase each one down and kill their asses. Ignore the talking or listen, but this is basically what I explained.
When I first had my DSi a few years back I had a couple of cool games for it such as Moon and Dementium: The Ward. I'm going to be looking for these games again even though I know they're mostly discontinued and hard to find. What are some other good shooters for the DS/3DS?

For the 3DS, I don't think there's much besides Kid Icarus Uprising right now.
Metroid Prime Hunters had the best multiplayer out of all the FPS games on DS. It had a set of different weapons, different maps and each Hunter had different abilities (Although Trace was OP because he could go invisible) the CoD games on DS were okay... but not something I'd recommend. [editline]19th April 2012[/editline] Did the translator for Rhythm Thief even pass high school English? "I'm going to ask you a rhetorical question" "Give me what you took from <place>" That's a rhetorical question alright.
They should make another Kirby Air Ride game for the 3DS. That game was fun as hell.

I got a 3DS, so I guess I'll dump that trivial bit of information here. It's Aqua Blue.

My first and second Pullbox levels, the first one is way to easy, and pretty stupid, but it shows off Nintendo's best. Zelda, Mario and Tetris. The next one is abit better, easy but I always wondered what it would be like to have one block every time for the hole level. Oh and colours 3D came out today for Europe consoles. Here is my first drawing I did, it looks better on the 3DS. Get in here, they're talking about Kirby's 20th anniversary and the new Pokemon http://www.nintendo.co.jp/n10/nintendo_direct/index.html

Oh cool, you can store your apps/ games in folders now to make more room on the front menu.
Oh cool, you can store your apps/ games in folders now to make more room on the front menu.
How?
How?
It was shown in that Nintendo Direct stream, so it's probably not implemented yet. But you can press and hold on an empty space and you can choose to create a folder there.

Looks pretty good, can't wait for E3 to see the game in action.
I wish they would just drop the "New" and call it Super Mario Bros. 5.
-snip, I'm wrong- [editline]21st April 2012[/editline]
So does this mean that there are going to be two 2d Mario games coming out this year? The one on the wii u and the one on 3ds.
If you mean New Super Mario Bros. Mii, I'm pretty sure that was just a tech demo.
No, they were talking about a supposedly Super Mario Bros. 4 being made for the Wii U. Not sure if it turned out to be NSMB2.
I like Mario, but I'm not really a fan of the NSMB games. The music is okay, and so is the artstyle, but they're not anything special. Plus the co-op in NSMB Wii was more frustrating than fun at times.
They also said they can patch games now and are going to patch Mario Kart 7. Maybe Maka Wuhu will actually be playable online now.
They also said they can patch games now and are going to patch Mario Kart 7. Maybe Maka Wuhu will actually be playable online now.
Source, please? Last I heard they flat out said that they can't do that.
Fixed that for you.
Nope. [thumb]http://www.mariowiki.com/images/0/04/SuperMarioWorldJapaneseBox.jpg[/thumb] Do you not read the very wiki you just gave a link from?
Plus the co-op in NSMB Wii was more frustrating than fun at times.
Its fun to watch. Especially when people playing suck playing together.
