That was when there was more KS to talk about and people still were not warming up to other VNs, Things change you know.
Obviously not or they'd be posting in this thread and the KS thread would be locked. [editline]17th February 2012[/editline]
but the subject is brought up every few pages (hey guess what we should probably stop talking about the ks thread and talk about vns instead!!!)
Shows how much you have read the thread then.
calm down guys. So out of interest, Is Saya No Uta compatible with W8?
I don't see why it wouldn't work.
I got creeped out and quit after like a half hour in Saya no Uta
Grow some balls and finish it, the endings are amazing.
Welp, looks like my main computer's out of action for now, so gotta use this Ubuntu netbook until I can get a new one. Anyone know any good VNs (other than KS) that have linux versions?
Can't you use a Emulator for windows versions? it's been awhile since I tried out Ubuntu and it's emulators for windows programs. But I'm sure there are a few that work on WINE.
Welp, looks like my main computer's out of action for now, so gotta use this Ubuntu netbook until I can get a new one. Anyone know any good VNs (other than KS) that have linux versions?
most work just fine in wine
I should probably get back to reading Cross Channel. I kinda put it off to read My Girlfriend is the President. [editline]18th February 2012[/editline] -snipped because we sorted everything out in PMs-
I should probably get back to reading Cross Channel. I kinda put it off to read My Girlfriend is the President.
Tell me if you notice something about C+C that I don't.
Tell me if you notice something about C+C that I don't.
...So what did you notice?
Tell me if you notice something about C+C that I don't.
What? [editline]18th February 2012[/editline] I guess he doesn't want to tell us what the hell he's talking about.
I didn't like it and I can barely understand the plot. [editline]18th February 2012[/editline] I'm just not sure if I'm missing something that give its appeal.
I didn't like it and I can barely understand the plot.
Doesn't seem hard to understand to me.
Doesn't seem hard to understand to me.
It gets all fucked up later.
It gets all fucked up later.
Please explain how. If i remember correctly, everything gets explained and it doesn't leave anything unanswered
Please keep in mind that there are people who have not played it(like me. I'm only like 2 hours in I think) so remember to use spoiler tags if you are gonna start explaining things.
Please explain how. If i remember correctly, everything gets explained and it doesn't leave anything unanswered
Perhaps in the end but so far, I have no clue what happened, why it happened and the complete lack of reaction to it from the characters.
Perhaps in the end but so far, I have no clue what happened, why it happened and the complete lack of reaction to it from the characters.
What!? You mean to tell me you're complaining about not understanding anything yet you haven't even finished it!
What!? You mean to tell me you're complaining about not understanding anything yet you haven't even finished it!
A plot needs enough mystery to keep it interesting, but not to hide everything from the audience so they fall into apathy or indifference.
A plot needs enough mystery to keep it interesting, but to hide everything from the audience so they fall into apathy or indifference.
I disagree.
Emm, I doubt any of them completely understands it either, mainly due to them [sp]losing memory of everything happening end of every week[/sp], and "lack of reaction"? One girl [sp]kills you because she doesn't trust you, another one stops eating and dies. Everyone is trying to chill the fuck out because going nuts won't help the situation[/sp] [editline]19th February 2012[/editline]
A plot needs enough mystery to keep it interesting, but to hide everything from the audience so they fall into apathy or indifference.
What's there to hide? You know as much as the MC does[sp] actually a bit more, again due to memory reset[/sp], knowing too much will ruin the "immersion".
I wish you signalled just how major those spoilers are, I think I might just barely be in the story, it just feels longer than it is.
Luka is by far, The strangest thing i have encountered in monster girl quest. Edit:And he looks different in this CG, Must be by different people.
I disagree.
Missed a critical "not" there, sorry.
Luka is by far, The strangest thing i have encountered in monster girl quest.
Anybody who cums while being eaten is weird in my book.
If we want to be the normal VN thread I don't think talking about monster girl quest is a good plan.
If we want to be the normal VN thread I don't think talking about monster girl quest is a good plan.
I played it for the ~~plot~~
I played it for the wat
I downloaded it just because of the strange concept but i'm still playing it because i like the combat.
What even is MGQ? Also CrossChannel has improved now that the plot is actually moving.
