Shut up and take my money, Tiyuri. Why are indie developers so friendly?
Will there be flight system? Crewing the ships? Or just "Sir, we found unknown planet, want to land?"-> teleport to planet
This game looks awesome also hi tiyuri :D
Shut up and take my money, Tiyuri. Why are indie developers so friendly?
I think the real question is, why are other devs so unfriendly?
Will there be flight system? Crewing the ships? Whilst you wont control them in space as such, they will land on the planet and have unique properties. Dropships are used by teams who want to arrive on a planet together. Pods are for players arriving alone :)
This game looks awesome also hi tiyuri :D
Hey!

Would you be able to crash land craft, or do they land on its own?
Will you be able to recruit troops from your ship to follow down to the planet? Also I like how the weapons those soldiers on the drop ship had, reminds me of Aliens.
Looks interesting, looking forward to seeing actual gameplay.
I linked this thread in Teamspeak just now and we're all groaning and squeaking while saying "I WANT IT" "I WANT IT MORE". Sounds good.
I'm really interested by this. I've already played the hell out of Terraria several times over. I'm definitively going to stay tuned for this.
will you be able to design your own ships/pods or will it just be preset either way, my money is yours
Christ that look's pretty damn good. and that gun, [img_thumb]http://s3.garrysmod.org/img/cache/9/0/4/6/9/218d8d91a9620cebcc6e3f695433c0dd.jpg[/img_thumb] ???
The gun reminds me of the Pulse Rifle from the Alien series.
The gun reminds me of the Pulse Rifle from the Alien series.
The soldiers on the dropship look like the colonial marines as well, perhaps its a homage.
The soldiers on the dropship look like the colonial marines as well, perhaps its a homage.
Even the dropship resembles the one from Aliens.
Wow, looks awesome, right up my alley. I am very excited. What sort of things will one be able to do in the game?
Looks VERY interesting. I liked Terraria but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. This actually sounds more like it.
This is like my dream game :v:
I want to see robotic dinosaurs in this game.
This looks incredibly interesting. But with the whole "Terraria in SPEHS" comparison, I hope it doesn't turn out like a one-shot item hunt as well. I really hope for some replayability, but other than that it looks great.
This looks great. Is it going to include any building elements like Terraria?
Will it get a steam release like Terraria did?

This looks like it could be pretty awesome, I'll definitely have to keep an eye on it.
terraria recycled in space very... uninteresting
that space suit reminds me of these guys
Oh boy now I have to play giants again :v:
I hope it's not another building game. The idea about having a real story makes it sound appealing.
It would be awesome if they combined both elements. That's all Terraria is missing to maintain my interest. [editline]19th February 2012[/editline]
terraria recycled in space very... uninteresting
nope Come on don't knock these kinds of indie games, I really like them and these guys do good work with constant updates.
How are they procedurally generating weapon models? Does it have a set of guidelines, or something, or have they just made a bunch of pieces and it randomly sticks them together?
How are they procedurally generating weapon models? Does it have a set of guidelines, or something, or have they just made a bunch of pieces and it randomly sticks them together?
Maybe last one, like it was in borderlands
Looks amazing, I am definitely buying, also does anybody know if there is plans for Steam or Desura support?
Maybe last one, like it was in borderlands
Borderlands actually has guidelines on how weapons can generate.
