what is that

i was reading about competitive battling and EVs & IVs and stuff, now my head hurts, fuck all that im gonna raise the pokes i like however the fuck i want and casually enjoy battling people woohoo
Just don't follow those as a "must", but as sugestions. For example, if the Smogon page says a Porygon-Z needs exactly 252 EVs on Special Attack and Speed, just put a preference on giving it more of those (Via vitamins, EV Braces) and avoid giving it Attack EVs (Using EV Berries). I think investing on defenses and HP is not a bad thing, but in some cases Smogon seems to be focused too much on boosting to the max only two stats

And on some pokemon it would be pointless. EVs boost you past some things, like if you need to go faster than a pokemon. IVs are where the heavy stat changes happen.

:wtc: Darmanitan, what happened to you?
i was reading about competitive battling and EVs & IVs and stuff, now my head hurts, fuck all that im gonna raise the pokes i like however the fuck i want and casually enjoy battling people woohoo
EVs aren't difficult at all. You train something against certain things, so that one or more of its stats are above average. Natures, IVs, EVs, all are easy to get a hold of, and they're all major players. It's the difference between 328 attack and 186.
only thing i can think of is a shiny pre-evolved of Darmanitan? Please refresh my memory
Zen Mode Darmanitan.
Zen Mode Darmanitan.
I never got around to getting this mode for my Darmanitan. Can somebody refresh my memory as to how I can get Zen Mode?
I never got around to getting this mode for my Darmanitan. Can somebody refresh my memory as to how I can get Zen Mode?
Beat the game, get Ragecandybar, go to desert resort.
Zen Mode isn't really all that great. Having to split your movepool right down the centre sucks.
If you could have 6 pokemon in real life what would they be? 1: Charmander 2: Sandshrew 3: Seel 4: Snivy 5: Dragonair 6: Houndour
1: Eevee - Fluffy Buddy 2: Quilava - Fast and Fiery 3: Lucario - Physical Combat + Aura 4: Pidgeot - Flying and Type advantages 5: Guardevoir - Sexy Psychic 6: Axew - Dragon buddy Lot of potential in battles, all around strengths and weaknesses.

/goes to hug Arcanine OH GOD OH GOD IT BURNS AAAAAAAAAAAAAH [editline]2nd March 2012[/editline]
Where we allowed legendaries?
Within reason.
/goes to hug Arcanine OH GOD OH GOD IT BURNS AAAAAAAAAAAAAH [editline]2nd March 2012[/editline] Within reason.
Arcanine isn't actively on fire like Macargo or Charizard. Also screw you I want to own God.
The heat of an arcanine is internal. It's more like hugging a furry hot water pack.
The heat of an arcanine is internal. It's more like hugging a furry hot water pack.
Sounds good to me.
Arcanine isn't actively on fire like Macargo or Charizard.
and Typhlosion...?
and Typhlosion...?
According to the anime, the fire comes from "vents" that flare up when it's angry. They're not "on" all the time.
Dragonair would be good for hugs too, nice tight ones.
Long thin things aren't good for that. It would be like cuddling a giant hotdog.
Long thin things aren't good for that. It would be like cuddling a giant hotdog.
I was more considering HIM hugging ME.
I was more considering HIM hugging ME.
Oh, right, sorry. :v
