I take back everything I said about this crappy editor. It's allowed me to realize the absolute pinnacle of Portal 2 puzzle-dom: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=68490354

Whenever I first go to the download list after addding or removing something from the workshop I crash. I have to let Portal crash once before getting into the game again to play. :(
Also all of the new Cave Johnson lines: (sorry for some large gaps between audio clips, I wasn't too good at putting it together)
13:25
Wow, the laser catchers are broken as fuck. They're flickering like crazy.
So yeah, one of my maps doesn't want to compile at all. I'll have to remake it. What's sad is that I could fix it in two console commands. But the map is not writtable.

Where were the new Cave lines in the update?
Where were the new Cave lines in the update?
Play community levels.

Whats the compiling error you guys are having? Is it going on forever on 100%? When that happens to me I just wait 3 minutes or so and it successfully compiles.
Dunno if i'm late or not, but i've just noticed that when you play a WS map, the player model is the "dudes" from the isometricals Aperture's videos. [t]http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/542926886979788934/536BAE25001589800E996A8FC245E0654D36EB53/[/t] EDIT: As i expected, i'm late. Sry guys.

One time its at the 5th circle blip, the next its at the 7th, after that its the 4th blip. I've done the whole verify/reinstall bits but to no avail.
this DLC makes me very happy it's just awesome everything about it (apart from all the bugs and compile errors), such a neat way to open up level creation to the masses
His name is Bendy. Not "dude."
How do you know that ?
How do you know that ?
Valve said so. I was in the beta when they added Bendy.
Is there any way to line an entire wall with lights or do I really have to do them one by one?
http://www.blappeture.com/ What is this? -EDIT- Turns out I'm late, spam me with clocks.
Does anyone know if packing custom assets into a BSP and uploading it to the Workshop works? If so... well... idea time. :D
This editor could do with more items. They need to add in crushers (among other things)
So I spent a few hours working on a map and it was turning out really nicely; I was doing the finishing touches. Then I decided to alt tab and every time I go back it's just a black screen. Finally, that horrible window I recognize from other games popped up: portal2.exe has stopped working.
This editor could do with more items. They need to add in crushers (among other things)
Crushers are co-op only, and this editor only supports single player at the moment. Do you people like to make an entire puzzle in one go and THEN test it, or do you do it bit by bit, testing as you go? I tend very much towards the latter, I spend more time compiling and testing than I do actually making the puzzle.

Then the last two I made I tested each bit before moving onto the next part. So far I think the ones where I made it all in one go and then did a bit of polishing at the end are the best I've made. Although that could just be because the ones I've made so far are kind of basic and a bit rubbish.

Why would they make crushers co-op only. It's so retarded... *sigh*
it makes sense in terms of canon since wheatley made the crushers and this takes place years before that
it makes sense in terms of canon since wheatley made the crushers and this takes place years before that
Multiverse trumps canon.
