Helloo, So I participated in a game jam for the first time a year ago, the Global Game Jam, and we actually won that one in the Netherlands. That was quite awesome and we wanted to do another one. Previous weekend was the Ludum Dare which is a lot bigger and we decided to go for it. We went all casual on this one though, we did not work for 48 hours in a row... We probably spend 24 hours on it. One Coffin Gravy is a cheap graveyardkeeper who also performs funeral ceremonies. Old ladies come to his church to see their husbands one last time before they die of heart failure themselves. There is just one problem... Gravy has only one coffin. The cheap bastard has an excellent solution to this problem though, he has a secret crypt where he keeps zombies so he can "reconstruct" the bodies of lost husbands. He then brings these bodies back to show to the old ladies to earn his keep. Controls AD to Move left/right WS to Move elevator up/down Drag Left mouse in the correct direction to attack Remember husband colors from the old lady Kill the zombies Drag body parts to Inventory to collect them Bring the collected body back to the old lady in time (and make sure it is the right body!) Note that there are two stages of crypt. Link to the Ludum Dare website Download Post-Ludum Download (latest update: 18-12-2013) My personal record is only 3. :(
Game looks baller as fuck.
Artstyle reminds me of Risk of Rain Sexy
I love how people like you have pushed this artstyle. Not only is it passable, but it's also doable for the game designer. I'm going from modding Civ 5 to modding Minecraft, and what took 8 people takes only me in minecraft. Thanks throwback artstyle! On topic, though, this game has a pretty neat and hilarious premise. Love it.
My personal record is only 3. :(
I dont know about the scoring system but if even the game maker cant do that much this game should be hardcore :v:
I actually just got 4, so hooray for that!

The setting reminds me of Cemetary Man
This is my record. Fucked up 3 times, bland colored pants can go burn in hell This is tense yo
holy shit!
This is my record. Fucked up 3 times, bland colored pants can go burn in hell This is tense yo
That is pretty sick. One of the developers speaking. Best I got was 3 or so :/. You're really wrecking that shit! Did anyone notice the little zombies crawling in the background between the church and the crypt? Squint your eyes real hard and you'll see one if you're lucky.
For a game made in 24 hours this is astounding! Hell it's a great minigame period. Very fun, and also very hard. Also you guys did a REALLY good job with the art assets in such a short time period.
Didn't know there were multiple stage levels, so I could only reach 3 before grannies started requesting parts I couldn't find :(
So it kinda sounds like Risk of Rain meets Diner Dash :P Looks awesome though, i'll definitely try it soon.
Great! I added a post-ludum link which should be updated regularly. It's still al work in progress ofcourse. :)
