This is the first time I'm playing through an Elder Scrolls game. Am I doing it right if I use a weapon in a hand and magic on the other, or should I just focus on one thing?
I'm in a shitty situation, I have 65 euros, which I need to buy food, cigarettes and all things a student needs when he's living on his own. The problem is, I ordered Skyrim at the start of the month, when I had a better money situation. I thought I would get like charged instantly, but no. What I'm saying is, I have to pay 35 euros for Skyrim when it arrives in my post office. What do?

Although, doing it your way means you can't block and you won't have super powerful spell damage, either. But it can work, yeah.
Go to Labyrinthian. Have fun.
labyrinthian was actually alright (quite hard but nothing I couldn't handle) until i got to the final boss, at which point it became an exercise in frustration turned the difficulty down to novice and still couldn't beat him, had to TGM since I couldn't be fucked reloading the game another 500 times [editline]14th November 2011[/editline]
I'm in a shitty situation, I have 65 euros, which I need to buy food, cigarettes and all things a student needs when he's living on his own.
Love my little house.
Needs a wife.
Anybody know which quest connects with Finn's Lute? I got it in my inventory at some point and can't remove it since it's a quest item.
You know what I miss the most from Morrowind? I think it's a pretty important feature, too. Item placement. The freedom to place whatever the fuck you want, anywhere you want. Now items are no longer static and you can't even obtain candles with pretty light :( I remember having so much fun decorating my house with random crap that I found throughout the game.

Shat my pants in the first fight in the Labyrinthian.
Give it a while, someone is almost certain to make a mod for it, as they did with Oblivion and Fallout 3.
Oh, I didn't even know that existed. Care to share a link to the mod(s)?

Why is it when you drink skooma nothing happens? Isn't it some sort of drug?
Give it a while, someone is almost certain to make a mod for it, as they did with Oblivion and Fallout 3.
Related, this pisses me off. I lay down some stuff in my house and when I come back next time it's like there was a small tornado touching anything I customly placed, it annoys me SO MUCH I spend like 5 minutes aligning stuff and you come back and it's all on the ground.
Met a Khajiit at the Mage's College named J'Zargo or something. I like him and I hope he lives!
How can i carry more shit? Why did I enter labryinthwhatever.I basically fucked myself now that I have destroyed Morokei's shield bubble. What do?
Haven't a link ready, but I think they're called something like Better Placement.
Still. You can't deny that having a feature like that in the game already would have made things so much more immerse when you are decorating your house. All you do know is talk to a guy who decorates your house FOR YOU instead. And that's boring. Anyway, right now I am placing books all around my house. It's tedious but eh

Things clip into other things much easier, collision boxes are more basic etc. A mod that allowed you to freeze in place custom placed stuff would be great; iirc the mods for Oblivion and FO3 have that feature, but it's been a while since I played either.
how the f(lip) do I get married in this game
how the f(lip) do I get married in this game
You need to get an Amulet of Mara from a priest. I got mine from Riften in the pub, he might show up in the Temple of Mara as well.
