You better listen to all this Engauge.
I forgot about this post lol Maybe one day
Another new In Flames song Better than Deliver Us but I still don't like it.
As expected, In Flames continue being shit [editline]15th May 2011[/editline] I mean seriously, what the fuck was that [editline]15th May 2011[/editline] I remember when In Flames weren't whiney and faggy and actually made good music [editline]15th May 2011[/editline] fucking excellent shit right here
I'm listening to the Jester Race right now. It's awesome.
A little recommendation for FB members: Like Futuristic Metal! Far from all of the stuff they come with is melodeath, but the melodeath they do provide is awesome! Todays finds: Cyntax Terror Code for Silence
Five seconds into that Cyntax Error song and I already love it. As to Code for Silence, I've had them forever, and I've posted them here a few times now. They're okay, but they do have some great songs. The song "Deathmatch" has some particularly great moments.
The Black Dahlia Murder just posted a new song from their upcoming album Ritual. It's called "Conspiring With The Damned". Love it.
Sounds pretty different. Good though.

My internet cannot handle the amount of bands I download because of you guys.
I can only fit 2 gigs max onto my Dropbox. There's no way in hell I can fit my 10 gig metal library on that. [editline]18th May 2011[/editline] Also, I think I am going to make a video that's not another 15MDMB(YPNHO) video, but rather a "Top 15 MELODIC melodic death metal songs." So far, these are songs I know, for a fact, are going on there. I am going for amazing melody over anything else.
10 gigs wow Fuckin lightweight
10 gigs wow Fuckin lightweight
Only the best of the best make it to my library. :c00lbert:

Herr Sven brings you the kwaai South African band Mind Assault! Some songs are in English, some in Afrikaans. Bilingual metal? Me like! If any of you know him, this is Wayne Hudspath's band, he's a brilliant vocalist. Did lots of great covers on youtube and did that big 30 minute long growl lesson thing. Visits here too occasionally. Well they released their first full length very recently. Still to get it but from this :iia: Sadly it has autotuned clean vocals (not in this song) and they're a bit deathcorey (more melodeath) but Wayne said he was using this band more as a stepping stone and was going to form his own band at some point. Which I'm looking forward too. Not gonna happen for quite a while I think though.
The mix in that song is... strange. The guitars are pushed way back. The drums are the dominating force really, followed by Wayne's vocals. The guitars don't really get any spotlight except for the solo. It's interesting. Not bad, though. Not bad at all.
:pcgaming::pcgaming:In Flames made a good song again.:pcgaming::pcgaming:
30 seconds in and I was hooked.

Seth.ECT need to be on it.
Just lump cyber metal with melodeath, this thread goes slow enough.
Bumping up with some more non-English metal. Silence Dead from Russia this time.
After being banned for some time for no reason at all (apparently i was a "spam bot" or something), I am back and decided to revive this thread with a little content Crocell - The Chosen Crocell - I Know the Taste Of YOur Tears The Mark of Man - Definitions
I can also mention two recent releases that have been avaited. Arch Enemy - Khaos Legions Amorphis - The Beginning of Times
Does Dimmu Borgir fit in this?
Does Dimmu Borgir fit in this?
They're black metal, but they're still pretty good.
I can never tell what is death and what is black...they're the same to me.
I can never tell what is death and what is black...they're the same to me.
Black usually has shrieks. Death is almost exclusively growls. Also, Dimmu Borgir are symphonic black metal, which is like melodic death metal. [editline]3rd June 2011[/editline] In terms of melody/keyboards/mellow.
Been pondering for awhile now, who's that girl in your avatar? :3:
