Your posts in Fast threads and GMF boards won't be crawled by bots too When this happens, and the thread's popular, searching your name will indeed get a hit on google [t]http://a.pomf.cat/prfpdj.png[/t]
What I mean is, so you can pick between private, public and registered peeps only.
Still not following why.
Still not following why.
...Too many secrets [sp]The Sneakers was an alright film[/sp]
no, it's a shortcut for a regular search here same results [t]http://a.pomf.cat/yfikhf.png[/t] [t]http://a.pomf.cat/hsjmfp.png[/t] In regards to registered users, they can't even use the search function, and obviously, while the buttons aren't there get the standard permission error page It goes without saying that it will only display the last 250 posts, as that's the post limit coded into vB (unless there's a super secret shit I'm not reading) [editline]3rd December 2015[/editline] Do you even think I have an alt. to check?
Blues have been able to search for well over a year now.
PM a mod if you want a thread closed. Other than that, what harm can there be from a thread being revived, anyhow?
I just wanted to say that without bumping the thread It's not the only time I've wanted to do that
Blues have been able to search for well over a year now.
I didn't know searching was even a restricted feature at all, although I never thought to try and use it in my earlier days either so I wouldn't know.
Bring back the old sections (Drugs, Automotive, Music etc., etc.).
Bring back the old sections (Drugs, Automotive, etc., etc.).
I dunno if it still works anymore but here.
Bring back the old sections (Drugs, Automotive, Music etc., etc.).
You could, you know, search for the thread you're looking for. It probably exists in GD. None of those were particularly active enough to warrant their own section
You could, you know, search for the thread you're looking for. It probably exists in GD. None of those were particularly active enough to warrant their own section
This is true, but after the removal of sections, many threads I would frequently browse ceased to exist. Only a couple of them are around now.
I just wanted to say that without bumping the thread It's not the only time I've wanted to do that
If the thread is dead and no one is posting in it, then what's the point of locking it?
If the thread is dead and no one is posting in it, then what's the point of locking it?
Only thing I can think of is to stop people bumping it and asking for a lock.
I tried changing the input mode in general settings, doesn't help. Does this on the profile as well, both in the quick reply and advance posting stuff. I removed my cache/extensions and all that stuff, I am on chrome stable, 47.0.2526.73m It seems to be a bug in the bzip cache, where its stuck trying to decode, uncompressed content incorrectly flagged by cloudflare. Disabling cache in the network developer tools, seems to fix the issue.

I have a small request. When you click on the Control Panel, it shows your subscribed threads + the new "X New Posts" icon next to it like this: [t]http://i.imgur.com/VjQUzIA.png[/t] But when you click the "View All Subscribed Threads" button, it takes away the "X New Posts" next to the thread. Can this be put into the this spot as well? [t]http://i.imgur.com/ivLAs8x.png[/t]
headings tags/text size tags? (nothing crazy ofc) being unable to make headings or text stand out more than others (sub-headings/headings) sucks unless there is a way and i'm crazy

Many images have metadata saying they should be rotated, sometimes that metadata isn't respected. Imgur probably reads it, actually applies it and then removes it.
Portrait images are rotated when thumbed?
The problem is that they are not rotated when embedded. Firefox and Chrome rotates the image as specified by its metadata when you view it directly. If we were to set `image-orientation:from-image;` on embedded images, then they would be automatically rotated to their correct orientation by any browsers that support it (aka. only Firefox, since no one else seems to care about viewing photos correctly).
iirc embedding does not read exif data(aka rotation)
This. Also uploading images with EXIF data is a really bad idea. Nice house though.

And that is why I use Imgur, strips the EXIF data from the file.
Is... is this doxxing? Or did he accidentally dox himself?
It's metadata that was saved along with the image he posted.
Is... is this doxxing? Or did he accidentally dox himself?
Yeah, it's valid doxxing as it's using publicly available information to find someone. It's already pretty easy to find me (or anyone for that matter) so I really don't care.
Is... is this doxxing? Or did he accidentally dox himself?
Its the reason why you should disable geotagging/location services in your phone.
