I'm looking for an app that will track how long I work out, what exercises I do, reps, etc. All the ones I've found have preset workouts, but I wanna use my own workouts. I realize I can use write it all down but I'd rather use an app if there is one!
I like JEFit, fits your description other than workout timer...
Any stopwatch can do that though.
I use a stopwatch and sticky notes...
I use my head. Though I'm not all that serious.
There are various types of good workout apps like as Instant Heart Rate, Sleep, MapbyRide etc.
