• Highly Regarded Movies That You Haven't Seen, Or Are Uninterested In

For me, the answer that gets people staring incredulously is when I tell people I haven't seen The Godfather or it's sequel. I've tried multiple times to watch it, but can't get into the moment, or dedicate myself to the experience for some reason. Other classics I have not seen include: Pulp Fiction Inception The Original Star Wars Trilogy And City of God. Though I do actually want to watch that at some point.
Never seen any Star Trek, Rocky, Ninja Turtles, Karate Kid stuff of any kind. on internet it seems like everyone has.
Taxi Driver and Goodfellas I'm not sure why, they just lie around on my hard-drive waiting for me to watch
Full Metal Jacket, Platoon, and Taxi Driver. Some day. Also Battle Royale but I'm not sure that's worth putting with those first few films.

i havent seen Inception yet
The Godfather. The only reason I would watch it was just to see what the big deal is. But from what i've seen I am not very interested.
I need to rewatch The Godfather, I don't remember it at all and then watch the sequels. What I really want to see is Memento, Donnie Darko, The Prestige, John Carter (I heard it isn't bad but sadly didn't attract many people), JCVD. Somehow I just don't have time for movies at the moment. EDIT: And American History X
Inception
The Godfather and Goodfellas - In general I just don't like "mafia" stories. I mean to watch and give them a chance some day soon though. Citizen Kane - I keep meaning to watch this, but whenever I have the time to watch a movie (which is rare) I find myself wanting to watch something else. Keep waiting for the right mood to strike me Full Metal Jacket, Platoon, Saving Private Ryan etc - Any highly acclaimed war movies really. Like with Goodfellas or the Godfather, I don't usually like war movies. I feel no desire to watch any of these.
I need to watch more Stanley Kubrick stuff.
The Godfather. All of them.
The Godfather, haven't had time for it.
I have a long list but Drive is probably top, I dunno I have the DVD but im never in the mood to watch it.
American Psycho :(
I keep a text file on my desktop of a list of movies I want to see. -2001: A Space Oddessy -Alien -Bridge Too Far, A -Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid -Casablanca -Citizen Kane -Cool Hand Luke -Dirty Harry -Dr. No -Gladiator -Godfather -Gone With the Wind -Green Berets -Hurt Locker, The -Inglorious Basterds -Longest Day, The -One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest -Rambo -Rocky -Schindler's List -True Grit (John Wayne) -Where the Wild Things Are
The Godfather.
The Social Network. in time I'll see it. [editline]10th May 2012[/editline]
Full Metal Jacket, Platoon, and Taxi Driver. Some day. Citizen Kane. I'm a huge film buff. Ask me a question about nearly any film you can think of and I'll have an answer for you. Haven't seen the most famous film of all time.
Casablanca.
Casablanca.
Even though it was meant to be a run of the mill love story, it is one of the easiest to watch classics I've seen.
Apocalypse Now. Both the original and redux version.
Apocalypse Now. Both the original and redux version.
It's a tough movie. I think you have a find a certain insane/psychedelic part of you to feel what that movie is trying to represent. Even though it's the movie that opened up that side of me, I think without it I'd be a completely different person.
Alien The Godfather Part II and III 12 Angry Men Se7en
Se7en
Se7en is great, I had so many laughs.
I've never seen Casablanca, Inception or more than 50 minutes of The Godfather. [editline]13th May 2012[/editline] Also Rocky, never seen it.
The Avengers. kill me
12 Angry Men
you will love this movie, I guarantee this. In fact if you watch this today, you'll feel better. :)
The Godfather Part II and III
don't bother with part 3, or see it to gather your own opinion, still it's pretty bad.
don't bother with part 3, or see it to gather your own opinion, still it's pretty bad.
I liked it.
