[QUOTE=Painties Hose;34143375]That's impossible for you to know, I haven't even posted how much money we get a year, I think. Or have I? If I have, please show me when I did.[/QUOTE] Poor provocation from your part. The guy I know doesn't even use a phone like you do. He works at a sawmill and barely gets his ropes together. Probably doesn't anymore, haven't talked to him for awhile. There's no way for him of getting some protein powders, but yet he somehow manages to get his shit straight. Guess why. Because he actually wants to and finds a way. I've said more than I should. Happy bitching on the forums. You've already said enough, don't know about others, but I'm more than sure how your goals will turn out with this kind of attitude. Sorry.
[QUOTE=Painties Hose;34143226]Maybe he's in a low income family. Not everybody is a snooty privileged kiddy after all. I'm in a low income family, and when I want to get even a cheapish protein powder, I have to not buy vitamins, face wash/moisturizer/lip balm, and skip the (non contract) phone bill for the month to do so. It's somewhat hard to stuff your face all day when doing so means you end up eating your mom's and/or brother's food for the day. But I manage to at least eat 1000 more calories than I burn for at least 5-6 days a week, when trying to gain weight. And it also sucks to have to choose between either decent, comfortable skin, smooth soft lips, phone service, and bodily energy, but no protein powder. or the opposite: dry peeling lips that hurt just from smiling, painful acne, blotchy, oil-slicky face, dry flaky skin, but a jug of protein powder that has never worked before and probably never will, and only serves to bloat my belly and give me gas and the runs.[/QUOTE] What the fuck, it's called getting a job you pathetic fuck. Don't come balling up in here about your troubles, you are fucking 22 and you still get your mummy to take you to the doctor. Get a job, buy steaks. What the fuck ever, just taking your bitching elsewhere. We've offered solutions, but somehow I think you are either A) Autistic or B) one of those weird people who get off on bitching your perceived troubles to people, or both. I don't really care. Here I'll just play devil's advocate and tell you want you so desperately want to hear, if only so you can fuck off from this forum quicker: there is something terribly wrong with you, and we cannot help you, you need to see a doctor, or several.
[QUOTE=Panz3rfaust!;34143459] Guess why.[/QUOTE] Perhaps he doesn't have a bizarro digestive system like me? All however stem from my weight issues. [editline]10th January 2012[/editline] I'm not sure why you people keep trying to drag on this "yessuh!" "Nuhuh!" shit, but I was under the impression that the thread reached it's conclusion at this post: [QUOTE=sp00ks;34117185]Change your doctor.[/QUOTE] Now, you can all stop shoving asinine ad hominem at me, since I have [I][B]already found the closest thing to the answer I was looking for thanks to sp00ks.[/B][/I]
Ok I'm sorry for how I treated you. I admit now it was a little harsh and you totally didn't deserve it. [editline]10th January 2012[/editline] Just kidding. Tool.
ok i figured it out. hes anorexic and having dellusions as to how much hes eating . ez ez ez ez [editline]10th January 2012[/editline] and autistic [editline]10th January 2012[/editline] and is 22 and takes his mom to the doctor with him
Wait, what ? He's 22 ?
[QUOTE=Casnus;34143863]ok i figured it out. hes anorexic and having dellusions as to how much hes eating . ez ez ez ez [editline]10th January 2012[/editline] and autistic [editline]10th January 2012[/editline] and is 22 and takes his mom to the doctor with him[/QUOTE] 1. Anorexic people think they look fat and try to lose weight. 2. Not autistic. 3. My mom goes with me because I'm basically a mute thanks to my disabilities. Rather be 22 and a loser than a 12 year old dickhead who doesn't know how to use punctuation like you. [editline]10th January 2012[/editline] [QUOTE=WuWei;34143909]Wait, what ? rofl the only disablity is you having a whole fiasco in your head making you buy into your own delusions of you eating enough. i honestly am not using autistic as an insult here im using it because i truly believe you have some kind of autism ( i would say mental retardation but you are speaking p much normaly)

youre an idiot and wont listen or take steps to fix your problem ofc my only thought of you is that youre an sack of shit here just to complain
[QUOTE=Casnus;34126343]y not finish the job and kill yourself?? [/QUOTE] I can't resist saying it but: I tried that already and it didn't work :V: [editline]10th January 2012[/editline] [QUOTE=Casnus;34144503]youre an idiot and wont listen or take steps to fix your problem ofc my only thought of you is that youre an sack of shit here just to complain[/QUOTE] Did you fail 5th grade english? Why am I even getting frustrated over somebody who's obviously an idiot? I think i should just block you as you've done nothing productive here or in any post you've ever posted. [editline]10th January 2012[/editline] And done :)

[QUOTE=Painties Hose;34115713]Wrong, I'm a person who has tried everything plausible with no results [b]whom[/b] is asking here to see if anybody has any ideas that I haven't tried and wont kill me.[/QUOTE] It should be who not whom. In this context you are wanting to use a subject pronoun not an object pronoun. Think of it like this: He is asking= who is asking Him is asking= whom is asking He is a subject pronoun and him is an object pronoun. A good way to keep these straight is to replace the word who/whom with he/him respectively (or she/her).
My bad
It honestly doesn's seem that bad, i've seen way skinnier, and they're fine. I hardly think you've gone "practically mute", due to your skinny-ness. How much do you weigh?
105 pounds.
Being honest nobody believes you've been on a big calorie surplus for a long period. There are no huge differences in calorie consumption (in relation to weight, without working out) in healthy people. If you really would not gain weight while eating 1500 calories above maintenance calories you would... A) have a horrible fucking diarrhea because food would not be absorbed B) if food would get absorbed, the calories would needed to be used fully so that you don't gain weight. 1500 kcalories = 6.3 megajoules of energy. Due to the laws of thermodynamics, by average your body would need to produce and dissipate 73 watts of more heat energy per second than the average man (which is around 100w at 150 lbs). Basically you'd sweat and smell more than facepunch's fattest fucker and have a heartbeat of probably ~90-100bmp all the time. As you have not reported any vigorous diarrhea can come into a conclusion a) Eat 1500 calories above your maintenance, you will gain weight b) Fuck off
I find it funny that you're badmouthing Casus and Jaeger here tbh, they know their shit and are probably the 2 biggest contributors on this forum Eat more, fuck off, stop bitching due to your lack of self-discipline and/or willpower

Doesn't mean I am not 100% right and correct when I say that I consume at least 2500 calories when trying to gain weight. [editline]10th January 2012[/editline] Knowing stuff about nutrition doesn't give him the right to be a [I]huge fucking asshole[/I] and insult people in 99% of his posts. [editline]10th January 2012[/editline] I know how to read the nutrition facts label and know how it works, and I can do addition. Unless I'm subconciously shaking my legs like a maniac when I consume higher amounts of calories I can't see how I don't gain weight. It just makes no sense. Although interestingly enough my heartbeat and also breathing speeds are pretty high. Even when I'm resting my heartrate is like 80bpm or so and my rate of breathing is the same as my cats, and cats breathe somewhat quickly.
I give up on this guy. Your 105lbs and can't gain weight? Most middle schoolers weigh more then you. And you give a shit load of attitude and keep coming up with excuses.

[editline]10th January 2012[/editline] [I]I am looking for something new, that I haven't tried ye[/I]t. The only thing new that I haven't tried a dozen times in this thread is "change doctor" which I'm going to do within the next few weeks. [editline]10th January 2012[/editline] Normal calorie requirement, to maintain weight: 1500 calories. In weight gain mode, this is what I eat: - standard diet - 1500 calories With these additions: - small calorie and protein rich snacks throughout day - additional 600-800 calories - 100 calorie pack - 100-200 calories depending on how many I eat - Milkshake, Ingredients listen from most to least by volume: 2 cups Whole milk 1.5 cups Stop&Shop frozen berry medley 1 cup low sugar/sugar free chocolate ice cream 1/2 cup Chobani plain greek yogurt 1/3 cup protein and calorie powder 4 tablespoons Hood heavy whipping cream 3 tablespoons peanut butter 1 tablespoon wheat germ 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon vanilla OH, and a carnation instant breakfast packet. 1000 - 1500 calories, 50-80g protein somewhere in those ranges. Note that this is from memory, and I have made in since May last year. Measurements may be off, and i think i'm missing an ingredient and i can't remember the precise calorie count either. I'll try to locate it and post the exact recipe. I don't change my physical activity during 'gain mode' at all. It stays the same. At this point, I almost certainly must have some disorder that makes my body practically unable to store calories as fat or something. I can't find any other explanation, other than the chance that I stand up and jog in place for an hour in my sleep when I consume extra calories, which I know I don't since I filmed myself for a few nights with my webcam.

[QUOTE=Arcana;34152050]I read the thread, but can't be assed to reread: How long does "weight gain mode" last?[/QUOTE] Anywhere from 1.5-2.5 months. Also, I don't gain any weight at all, at least not "true" weight. I usually 'gain' 2-4 pounds, but my stomach is bloated. After 2 days of 'normal diet' and several massive poos any weight I 'gained' is pood out. Thus, I do not gain weight, only get bloated and backed up. If I would just work like a normal human, i would be gaining at least 1-2 pounds a week, based on amount of calories being taken in. I do not believe it's possible to have such a high metabolism that you can't gain weight even doubling your normal calorie intake.

I don't know, I'm probably off the ball.
[QUOTE=Arcana;34152125]I may be absolutely wrong here, but it sounds like you probably have some sort of nutrient absorption problem. Also, just noted. Reading your list gave me the impression all you ate were pretty much yoghurts, butter, various powder substances (protein powder, cinnamon (???)). Frozen berries. Creams. Seriously. Have you even tried [U]fine[/U], cooked food? Fine, cooked meat; loads of chicken breasts or fish. Where the fuck are vegetables. Salad. omfgwtf This might actually be your problem, man. I can't imagine myself eating that shit you eat. It's probably so shitty it cannot even be processed... [editline]11th January 2012[/editline] lawdy, man, THE MORE I THINK ABOUT THIS. If your list of what you eat when attempting to bulk is true and 100% accurate, then you are possibly the biggest fuckup on this subforum ever seen... :3

That's just the recipe for the shake I make, and it's mostly quite healthy too, minus the ice cream and heavy cream of course. The cinnamon and vanilla is for flavor. For dinners/lunch it's usually some mix of rice, pasta, ground turkey or chicken breast, usually with frozen pre-cut potatos and veggie medley. I'm not sure if you use the measurement known as 'cups' where you live so that might have thrown you off a bit. [editline]11th January 2012[/editline] If only bad reading was still around. [editline]11th January 2012[/editline] Also I don't eat fish. Contamination no thnx. Though I do take purified fish oil capsules when I can afford it.
Motherfucker you tried to gain weight for a WEEK Try eating for 3 months [editline]11th January 2012[/editline] Again fucking no one here is a medical expert in your perceived rare disorder (I'm going with autism) or whatever exotic parasite you have ratfucking your digestive track, so please stop whining and take it to a medical professional. For some reason you keep bitching that we aren't giving you the answers you want, yet you persist?
