If were to repaint my car(it has it's chips, scapes, and has been keyed.), i think i'd go for the same Rallye Red that it is already. Also, who does this? [t]http://img402.imageshack.us/img402/246/wp000717.jpg[/t] It's had that since i got it though. I actually haven't damaged the paint yet, that i am aware of.
A graphic representation of the amount of Mustang sticking out on the main road I use to get to College.
I find it strange that you think the Mustang is so ridicilously wide. The Vauxhall Insignia is one of the most sold vehicles in the UK and it's 1,856 mm wide. The 4th gen (99-04) Mustang is 73.1 in (or 1,857 mm) wide. I think the owner is just overly cautious (or not very good at parking).
my friend and I have matching lawnmowers
Reminds me of the 2 red Miatas from the movie Cars.

Perhaps they were being overly cautious though (you'd think they'd be good at parking considering its an LHD car in a RHD country). I don't recall there ever being an Insignia ever parked there, but I would remember an Insignia being parked there if it caused an obstruction.

The math puts it no wider than the average car in the UK. Also, parallel parking when you're on the curb side of the vehicle is a bit wierd. I can park just fine if I'm on the street side, as is the norm, but if I try to park on the curb side I always end up three feet out in the street. If it's LHD I wouldn't be surprised if that's at play as well.
Installed yellow bulbs on my car today
sexy.
Why yellow? Is it really foggy over there all the time or something?
Because yellow is his favorite rice color! :v:

Dat overbite That's why you never raise the body, only the suspension...Ugh. Other than that it looks nice though.
Unfortunately, because I have to drive cross country, I must retire my camry (front suspension is shot and the back is well on it's way, plus it's driving way too hot for me to be comfortable driving through the Mojave desert). I'm picking up a 2007 Corolla tomorrow afternoon and my brother is inheriting my blue Japanese econobox. He was a good car to me, and he will be to my brother *salute / play taps* Pictures forthcoming when I get back from the dealer tomorrow.
Why yellow? Is it really foggy over there all the time or something?
Because I hate HID's to death. Xenon, LED and HID should go to fucking hell. Plus, white rims and yellow headlights go well together imo. I think it's cool because it's a bit misplaced. I can see why people wouldn't like it.

They get dirty so fast, we don't bother washing them. :v:

I want to retrofit LED marker and tail lights, though I will keep my sealed-beam headlights.

The only car it looked good on was the R8, and now EVERY car company uses it. Ford, Audi, BMW, Hyundai and so on. It's a fucking ugly fad and people are gonna hate it eventually.

Car styling from 2010 and afterwards has just been going downhill. Edit: "Let's make a 700 (or so) horsepower Lamborghini with a huge gasguzzling V12. Let's also make some power efficient headlights. LED tails and indicators are just better. They last longer, they're brighter, they light up instantly, and did I mention they last forever? I mean, there's no performance application for such a light, right?

@ferosso I have to disagree. I like it on that car, and other top end cars.

leds are cool ok

That lightbar looks sick. I went through the entire interior of my car and swapped every bulb with LED's. So much brighter + less power draw. Even wired in some footwell lights as well.

That's a really cool picture. I liked LEDs when they were almost exclusively on high-end cars- that way if I saw LEDs coming my way, I knew to pay attention in case I saw something cool. Now everything has them. Granted, they're bright, energy efficient, and look neat, but I kinda liked the exclusivity. Not as bad as HID/xenon lights though. I like my retinas intact, thank you very much. However, I went to the auto show here in Cleveland on Sunday, and on the new Mustangs they have a spherical lens so that you only get the full brightness if you're looking directly into it from the front. Very cool, and they don't blind the driver coming the other way.

Everybody and there brother has jacked up trucks and they usually can't figure out how to turn there lights off the "searing eyeball" setting.
