no i fucking NEED one. After riding my friends piece of shit weed eater bike and having fun, i remembered i need to get a cheap 250 ninja. If i can have fun on a rusty bicycle that goes 25-30mph, i can only imagine how much fun i would have on a little motorcycle that goes ~100mph
Unless you produce excess farts and you have an aura around you that breaks window gears/motors.
But i am still thinking about your slips. I might put the motorbike off until i get a job, because if i try and start saving money now i will just nickle and dime it until it's all gone, because i have no income.

125mph thats it? my accord hits 130 with a hole in the front bumper
125mph thats it? my accord hits 130 with a hole in the front bumper
Yeah i know. Figure that out. 265HP in a 3200LB car and it tops at 125MPH. and it only has like 80k on the odometer too. But then again, My Service Engine Soon light is on. Perhaps something important is broken. OR, we had been driving the car REALLY hard for the last 5 hours, even though the temperatures looked fine, it may not have been putting down all the power at the wheels. EDIT: In hindsight, i think something IS broken, because my parents 08 Pathfinders been well above 125MPH and it's a fucking huge ass SUV.
I should go test grand prick see what it does, big engine low hp weighs alot

Stop making me jealous that my car with a way better power to weight is fucking slower. I really need to look into the SES light more.
check out my sexy ass interior. [editline]8th April 2012[/editline] btw, friday, me and my girl skipped school. Turns out we CAN in fact fuck in the back of this thing.
This gave me a great fucking idea. When I buy my Volvo, I'll also buy a cheap mattress. Why? Well, I'll fold down the rear seats, and put the mattress there! Then, build the planned audio system on the side instead if there is room, or up in the ceiling. Portable pornomachine!

The true top speed is 147, but they are limited by a Governor. Take it off, and you can make it to that speed.
That's what i was going to say, could be a limiter. Most (hell, all) aftermarket chips will not only improve performance via various ratios but remove any stupid-ass governors like that. Example, it removes the RPM limiter on my dads dodge ram, which limits it to 3k when it's in park. Pointless unless whoever owns it likes to rev to redline and hold it there, in which case they shouldn't own a car in the first place...
Yeah, probably created to cover their asses if something happens.

Turns out the Service Engine light is for an oxygen sensor. Correct me if i'm wrong but that very well may hurt my performance?

Atleast it isn't CVT. Anyways, it depends on how bad the sensor is. Have you done any road trips through mountainous regions recently? Those can throw them off for a bit, but nothing serious happens.

The O2 sensor is as it sounds, an oxygen detector. It tells the car's computer how much air is coming into the car, and how much gas needs to go in. This is obviously important to maintain a proper Fuel-Air ratio. I.E: 15:1 Air to Fuel Now, what can happen is that with a malfunctioning O2 sensor, your car will start pumping too little or too much fuel. This will hurt performance and just as badly, your fuel economy. O2 Sensors is one of those things you should fix right away if you care about performance and/or fuel economy. It's pretty important. It's not dire to replace it, but it'll only help your performance and fuel economy, and it costs under $200 with labour. You can pick one up for under $100 IIRC.
Depending on the car you can pick one up for 10-20 bucks and install it yourself in 5 minutes if you have basic knowledge on plugging and screwing things in. At least that's the case with mine..
Yeah, had i of known what it was i wouldn't of pushed the car that hard for that long. It was literally 5 hours of constant WOT and sprinting through gears. Woops. However, that would most certainly explain why i was using more fuel than it should of, and why the car was so slow.
