pretty common on that body silverado.
I've notice that too. But on almost all GM vehicles around that time. Very Common if I say.
Yeah GM used some pretty shitty clearcoat back then. Although GM's never been known for durable paint.
GM's paint all through the mid-80s through the 90s was terrible, in 1998 (Or 99, I forget) they finally switched to decent paint again. Every Chevy truck I've seen in that era has had terrible paint damage just from age, not neglect. If I recall correctly they were experimenting with a new water-based paint (or some other terrible base for a paint) and, well, in the end, it was a terrible run. And clearcoat is just always hard to keep right. I like it because it looks nice and adds more shine when waxed, but under a lot of sunlight, any clear coat starts to peel. :(
The clear coat on my ram peals also, must be some new paint they introduced in the 90s because any paint before that NEVER pealed.
Clear coat? What's that? [thumb]http://i1133.photobucket.com/albums/m598/Awike1991/FB_IMG_13426556284496223.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]http://i1133.photobucket.com/albums/m598/Awike1991/FB_IMG_13426555938621859.jpg[/thumb]

Not a car, but I just picked this up from the dealer earlier today. I'd say not bad for my first vehicle, but I'll be paying it off for the next 3-5 years.

Slightly older picture of my RZR. I needed to be street legal so I threw one mirror from a rhino on it. Now it has a billet center rear view mirror.

Was out taking some photos of properties on this nice island estate nearby, when the sun finally decided to come out from the clouds... So I got creative; HDR, 3 exposures, Photomatix, old D70s.

Didn't use a tripod :P With the d70s and only 3 exposures, it's quite easy to get them all pretty much perfectly aligned right off the camera. Any slight offsets in the angles there might be are generally picked up and corrected by Photomatix... I've done shitloads of HDR shots and never once used a tripod, and I'm talking about houses where I'm doing 50+ photos at once. Tripods just slow you the fuck down BIG TIME - a steady hand and the right software can make life very very easy. I guess if you were doing 10-shot exposures or something you'd need one!
ATVS? Heres mine [t]http://a3.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc7/416219_414731758559150_313518868_o.jpg[/t] Love this damn thing
Motocross > ATV
Motocross > ATV
i prefer four wheels.
Motocross > ATV
Agreed, my old 2005 CRF 450 > just about anything. Nothing can keep up. At least now I can bring a friend, that's about the only plus side to a RZR.
My new Work Truck until Sept, when i go back to Driving Zamboni. I'll take my Snowmobile over a Quad or bike anyday. Me and a buddy have Matching '06 T660 Turbo ST's. We added a longer track and Tunnel extension to his. I wish i knew what snow was. all we ever fucking get is ice.
Love snowmobiles, always wanted one, and since I live in Sweden there's lots and lots of snow during winter. Never been able to afford one, but I hope to be able to when I get a job.
Due to the lack of snow this winter we got a fuckin amazing deal. We only paid $12,500 for both sleds with accessories (Covers, undercovers, 150$ repair manual, 6 spare belts, 10 spare runner wheels, Belly pans etc etc) AND a Twin sled fibreglass covered trailer. His original asking was 16,000 for it all. They are BOTH mint too, only 1200 Miles (2000 km) on each.
