So a while ago me and my friends were chillin at this girls house drinking vodka, and smoking joints. I don't usually get to trashed but it was a special night (we were celebrating something) so I said fuck it and hit the vodka like a champ. Instead of sipping shots from the bottle I took chugs, and after about an hour I was fffffffffffucked up, like the most drunk I've ever been everything was fucking spinning and I could barely stand up, I was laying down waiting for a joint to get rolled when my other friend starts fucking with me. I get hit in the nose on accident and was like whatever and kept laying down. I think I got a bloody nose and was too drunk to realize it because I was laying down and all the blood was like dripping down my throat into my stomach. Well that shit made me puke, it was scary as fuck though throwing up stomach-fulls of blood, I stopped drinking for a while after that...

I'm not sure, but I've heard things dripping from your nose into your throat can cause "drowning" of sorts, a bit like how Hendrix died. I'd recommend you slow down on the brewskis a bit next time. And, y'know, don't hang around people who punch you in the nose hard enough to give you a nose-bleed when they get drunk, especially not when they're drinking.
What's a quick and easy (also hopefully not painful) method of removing an ingrown toenail? I am not going to see a doctor about it because it's such a trivial thing. I was thinking of letting my foot soat in some warm water for a while or some shit, and then use nail scissors to cut along the edge of the visible nail where the ingrowth is, then pull it out and hope it doesn't break up inside and the pain not be too much. Any other methods though? I don't have access to nail scissors, or any scissors small enough to do this.
If you were running around, maybe you sat down for a minute and got up too suddenly. That can screw with your blood pressure and create the effects you've described.
It's wierd because thats the only time thats ever happend to me. Now when I get up suddenly after sitting for a while the most that I notice is that my vision gets a little fuzzy for a few seconds. Nothing like that ever happens.

I'm having lots of vertigo and I don't know why, last night I noticed something just felt odd with my right side of my vision / hearing but everything was working right, and today I woke up and had a hard time walking in a straight line, I keep turning to the right. help I read that ear infections can cause this, do ear infections always have to be painful? [editline]18th September 2011[/editline] I think it's my sinus' actually, now

I'm not sure if that itself might be causing the pain, or something else. Why do you think it's your sinuses?
I fear I might have an ingrown toenail, I cant see it but my big toe is swollen on one side and hurts. [editline]18th September 2011[/editline] What should I do?
Go to a doctor maybe?
If it gets bad I will, what should I look for to make sure that it's worth going to a doc?
If it gets bad I will, what should I look for to make sure that it's worth going to a doc?
You should go to a doctor ASAP. The more time you wait, the worse it gets.
I cut it out and cleaned up the pus then put some neosporin on it. Should get better now.
I fell on my back and now my ribcage hurts when I move my arms, and lie on my back What is it [sp]Am I gonna die?[/sp]
Maybe just a pulled muscle. How hard did you hit the ground? On to my own problems, I seem to have a small amount of black skin connected to my big toe. It fell off, and it would seem there's more in the crevice between my nail and the actual toe. It would also seem there's some very sticky substance covering the black flesh.

Probably not but if it is that's not something you'd want to wait on for even a second.
Necrosis? Probably not but if it is that's not something you'd want to wait on for even a second.
Seems like it. The skin was oddly yellowed beforehand. It's not particularly big, about the size of a quarter of a thumbnail. It's not getting any bigger, though I've started to lose feeling in that part if my toe where it used to hurt like a bitch when I hit it.
If it's black and yellow and losing feeling, I'd say go to the doctor immediately.
If it's black and yellow and losing feeling, I'd say go to the doctor immediately.
'Kay. Edit: After further examination, it would seem the scab-like formation was exactly that - a scab. The black skin seems to have gone, and all that remains is a rather large blister which I can only assume will eventually be repaired. I can only imagine what the sticky substance was - heavily congealed blood? Puss?
Hemorrhoids suck.
Speaking of hemorrhoids, tonight, I took a very painful shit. Not a massive shit, just really painful, and there was some blood. Now I can't sleep because my ass hurts so much. I would describe it as a "throbbing" pain. This, at once, both somewhat hilarious and incredibly shitty, pun completely intended.

A way that might not require you to bend over and stare at yourself would be to chill out for 5 days or so, don't do any strenuous work, no exercising or stressful activities and eat a decent amount of wheat and see if it goes away. if it doesn't go check with your doctor so he can stare at your ass.
You have brain damage take an aspirin immediately. [editline]12th September 2011[/editline] Oh, you're bleeding? Stuff as many aspirin pills into the wounds as you can - aspirin is an 'anti' coagulant so it should dissolve the leak and stop the coagulation of your blood out of your respiratory system.
Remember kids Anti-coagulants stop bleeding
Well today I cut my finger down to the bone with a hedge trimmer, lots of blood. Fuck me it didn't half hurt but the nurse was a vigerous bitch when it came to cleaning and stitches. Probably the most agonising thing ever.
