Added more names I was PMed. People need to suggest dates before I choose one
Probably not the best way to handle this. If you just go, "FINE, WE'RE DOING IT ON OCTOBER 17!" you're gonna get a heap of people saying, "lol, nope, busy then, sorry." This isn't URGENT. We don't need to go camping ASAP. Take a chill pill, mate - we'll work this out in good time.
I live in Perth. :(

When's next long weekend?
I live in Perth. :(
I live in "rural" WA, GET ON MY LEVEL. But seriously guys, as said earlier remember to take a buttload of pictures
Early January to mid February would be best. No school, no uni, etc.
Early January might actually be ok for me, but I'm honestly not sure yet. I know my work has holidays somewhere around that time, but I can't actually remember when. Guess I can just ask when we get closer to it. Late Jan, Feb would be out for me though.
Early January to mid February would be best. No school, no uni, etc.
I would hope you don't have school in December [editline]12th July 2012[/editline] Does anyone know any online free survey things? (not Survey Monkey) I was thinking of using that to work out the date and a few other things
I would hope you don't have school in December
I figured family things would happen in December, like Christmas, New Years celebrations and such.
Yeah December's not great as personally it's taken up with family celebrations and hanging out with mates when it gets closer to New Years, but if Dec is a must I can probably still work things around it. Early January would be great though I think. If we're only doing 3 days then that would be easy as fuck anyway as I should only have to organise 1 day with work if we do this over a weekend. [editline]12th July 2012[/editline] I figure we do a 3 day FP thing and if people are chill with hanging out longer than they're free to or something I guess.
I'm worried that January will be hot as fuck. I will need lots of beer if we do it in January
We can sleep in eskies. [editline]13th July 2012[/editline] Anyway yeah, December for me is gonna be family stuff.
;36735324']I live in "rural" WA, GET ON MY LEVEL. But seriously guys, as said earlier remember to take a buttload of pictures
I'm kinda in the same boat there, despite Bunbury being like the 27th largest city in Australia or something it's apparently still rural. But yeah, Facepunch Western Australia Camping Trip is where it's at.
I'm worried that January will be hot as fuck. I will need lots of beer if we do it in January
Soo... January = we're going to need more beer? I am so fucking down for that champ.
More beer is always good.
More beer is always good.
More cider for me.
More cider for me.
A valid point. I have to confess I'm not much of a beer fanatic, but most ciders I have tasted, absolutely delicious.
I'm gonna bring like 4 slabs of Rekorderlig and drink it all on my own.
I'm gonna bring like 4 slabs of Rekorderlig and drink it all on my own.
$350 of overpriced cider all for yourself
$350 of overpriced cider all for yourself
Overpriced?! Rekorderlig is amazing cider! Hell, it's one of the most pleasant tasting alcoholic beverages that I've ever tried. Also, it's not $87.5 per slab. You can get it for like $60 on sale sometimes.

Bottles of Nelson County everywhere
Rekorderlig is like the Cruiser of the cider world. It's sugar and the only way it can get you drunk is when you come down from the energy it gives.
Have a camp in outback WA.
I'm interested, I live in Australia, I live in Victoria but I'm 15 y/o
il stock up on fruity lexia
studies have shown it DOES make you sexier
The general consensus puts the trip at being 3 days, sometime in January, apart from one person, everyone seem to be over 18 so far [editline]14th July 2012[/editline] And I added the extra name
Despite what I said in PM, three days sounds good. And just out of curiousity as for the place, is Albury locked in? I'm good with it. Agree for yes, disagree for no
No one has suggested better (or otherwise) so yes, for the moment
I don't know much about camping sites around here but Albury seems ok, as long as you can get to it by train I'm fine with it.
No one has suggested better (or otherwise) so yes, for the moment
Many a suggestion for WA but we seem to be disregarded, kinda like in Federal Parliament eh? :v: But it's also true
