:siren:http://dmzairsoft.com:siren: DMZ Airsoft is an airsoft arena in the town where I live. For 2 years I was playing with a group of guys in the woods as part of a club. After a while it deteriorated and everyone went different directions. So up until about two months ago, a new employee was hired where I work as a host just like me. He and I are the only male hosts at the entire place so we hit it off instantly. We wear costumes for our work ( we host kids parties ok, think Chuck-E-Cheese but 100x better and 100x less shit in the ball pit, because we don't have one ) Anyway one day I come in and he is wearing full SWAT gear. I question this and he tells me he is an avid airsoft player. So we get to talking about it and he tells me about this place called the DMZ ( De-Militarized-Zone ) and how it is a run down dog track, perfect for CQB. So I head on down there the same day and this place is MASSIVE! There are people in a waiting lobby talking to each other and fixing up their gear. Guys are fixing cameras to guns and the like as well. So I thought that was cool and went home to look at some videos, and what I saw brought a tear to my eye. Zombie matches, free for all, team deathmatch, capture the flag, STALKER RP airsoft, it goes on and on! So I decided to tell facepunch to look around their town, because hidden gems like this DO exist! Info from the site
DMZ Airsoft is all about promoting the sport of airsoft so for us fair play and sportsmanship is mandatory. VIDEOS! Deathmatch, main hall Zombie Match Bad Ideas... Jihad Bank Robbery Entry fee costs 10 bucks ( All proceeds go to making the arena a better place, it is run by a guy who runs it as a hobby place, he takes no money for himself. ) But the entry fee is really not just one match or an hour, you can CAMP OUT on site from 6 PM Friday to 6 PM Sunday. This thread is to show you that the sport of Airsoft is expanding and there is a great community for it. Comments are welcome :)
Jeez, sounds like a lot of fun. I'd definitely be interested in checking out one of the zombie scenarios with my shotgun.
Looks nice.
It's things like this that make me wish i lived in colorado Zombies is amazing fun
Now if Cleveland had one of these, my life would be complete.

It wouldnt be so hard to start airsoft here if there was a field. and the economy isn't helping.
Most games are at night when the kids ( 16-18 ) aren't there. We do zombie apocalypse, ninjas, etc.
god I wish I was fucking 18 now. zombie airsoft sounds fun.
god I wish I was fucking 18 now. zombie airsoft sounds fun.
If you are 16+ and have parental concent ( meaning they sign a waiver stating that you can play with everyone ) you can go whenever just like the 18+ guys. Besides, everyone spends several grand on their shit there, all guns are capped at 350fps ( CQC rules ) and most of their guns are so fast the mags can't feed fast enough. A majority of these guys are ex soldiers also, in fact, last night one guy bid us farewell on his return to Afghanistan in 3 weeks.
My craptastic broken M4 was like that
These guys scare the shit out of me because they will take $400 guns and tear them apart into frankenguns. Someone even managed to "force" their mags to force load faster. It looks like a mechanics shop in there but with airsoft guns.
Damn, I live in Idaho, if only I had some time to go down there (we have no places up here)
Are there any hotels close to it? me and my neighbors might go there for a road trip/airsoft vacation thing. it looks pretty fun
That looks so much fun. Too bad I live so far away. :(
We're visiting my cousin in Colorado Springs soon. Sweet.
Get online once you get in the springs, you should go on a friday after 6:00 and you'll meet me for sure.
