It's 5:25am, I'm hungry, I need something microwave-friendly and I have some wieners and ham. I'm thinking wieners wrapped in ham and microwave that. [editline]10th June 2011[/editline] It might not look much, but it's actually pretty brilliant considering it only took me a few minutes to set it all up. Doesn't look creamy enough. Also, I never really like angel hair.
Shit was good anyway.
Made some Buttermilk Biscuits this morning:
Spaghetti Carbonara
uhm... for one that's not spaghetti. and two, i'm pretty sure that's not carbonara. i can't see any sort of thickness to it and there's no ham. i'm very interested to see what kind of recipe you used. is that pepper in there? or tomato/chilli or something? also coriander and carbonara?? it looks tasty, i'm not denying that, but it is not spaghetti carbonara. in any form.
The chicken wings look amazing. I bet they were so goood. Would you mind sharing the pancake recipe with me?
sorry about the late reply but sure! http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Fluffy-Pancakes-2/Detail.aspx They are honestly the best pancakes I've had. I add in a little bit of vanilla extract as well so they're a bit sweeter. And the wings were really good, though a tad salty. That's probably my favorite thing to make, I love experimenting with the sauce. The base is always the same, bbq sauce, Worcestershire sauce, habaneros, jalapenos, garlic/garlic powder, then I throw in whatever spices or anything really, I think those ones had molasses in them because I didn't have honey on hand, it was totally a good substitution.

[editline]12th June 2011[/editline] You wouldn't happen to have a better recipe? I don't think that one was very good... [editline]12th June 2011[/editline] And that's parsley, not Corriander.

I do see what I did wrong on the other dish, the other recipe didn't specify that I had to remove the pasta from the heat while mixing in the eggs.
And Autumn, when did you get a MAC?
'tis not mine! i've accidentally gotten myself blocked on the university halls network for a fortnight, so for now i'm posting from friends laptops, and since we all do design, they all have macs :P
not when you work in the graphic design industry i am afraid! :frown:
They always use APPLE COMPUTERS. I DON'T FUCKING GET IT.
it's considered industry standard. but to be honest, i've been studying on a vaio for the past 2 years and have only just started to find it *slightly* limiting. my main problem at the moment is not having any form of FontBook... and having over 2,500 fonts with windows is painful. i've seen a couple of programs that try to be FontBook but they're all pretty poor and it's quite irritating.

Sorry for going off-topic.

Also, parsley is a must in my opinion.

^ i agree, but traditionally it's ham that's used :P
I just made a delicious sandwich. Ham, cream cheese, tomatoes and Hot sauce. Oh god this must be how heaven tastes like :buddy:
Just made some Garlic Seasoned Breadsticks:
They look too big to be breadsticks.
They look too big to be breadsticks.
The plate is much smaller than it seems. I didn't have a big plate to use at the time. A few of them did rise more than I wanted, but most of them are great.
Oh dear, we just bought ribs for the first time in my life. Damn those things are good. But before I go on, I have to say this. I don't eat spicy anything, ever. Nothing at all. So the sauce that came with the ribs, it's just absolutely at the maximum I can take and still enjoy it. And I also have french fries. So I tried dipping them in it. I started eating like 30 minutes ago. My stomach is literally telling me to stop but my brains are just like om nom nom nom nom more french fries. I will never eat after this, ever again.
