rusty now that you've calibrated it properly you should make the poster how you want it to be and ignore the the other versions
in response to that other guy: no the calibration is fine i'm talking about the colours of my poster now they are too dark OK OK WITH THE NEW CALIBRATION IN MIND, THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD LOOK I HOPE YOU SEE IT THE SAME WAY I SEE IT or im gonna kill myself
that looks good it looks like a compensation between the old version and the new version you posted earlier it is good i can't stress enough how important a correct calibration is, we've got these eizo monitors at my work that are professionally calibrated and it makes such a HUGE difference with a standard calibration. [editline]6th June 2011[/editline] GIGANTIC actually [editline]6th June 2011[/editline] it makes the standard ones look like an old polaroid
i thought it was too bright before, the calibrated colours seem pretty perfect now more accurate than my old ones still
Do you think the "MATT" is not obvious enough? I tried 2 colour schemes but it detracted from the impact. Maybe a lighter grey (like Rusty's alien poster ;p)
Yeah Rusty, that looks good. Matt, as I think your name is, only the M is really noticeable, I think it's just the shape.

Other than that it looks much better now.
Thread title is pretty creative.
can be changed anytime, just couldn't come up with something. witty
i vote for gritty thread reboot - no title
I vote for creative title edition.
Rusty, would we just pretend there was no previous thread?
just call it 'creative' which is hella creative in itself
Sweet Detlef and Hella Rusty Edition.
I was gona make this thread when the old one locked but I thought it better to wait for someone like detlef to do it.
just asking a question: what paper sizes does america use? Do they use A4, A3 etc? or is that just the UK?
I haven't posted in a while due to exams but I sure do love that new thread smell. I'm really liking the aliens poster rusty, are you thinking of printing and selling them?
just asking a question: what paper sizes does america use?
