Whether people like it or not, the effort into making this an [I]experience[/I] is staggering. The soundscapes... the visuals, they all provide for a timeless sense of influence throughout. The acting isn't the GREATEST, but it still makes you feel.

A heck of a lot of people here will enjoy it. There are some brilliant sequences and some top notch acting throughout. It makes for a unique "cultured" view of Japan, although some may dislike it for it's biase (the Japanese mostly) it's one of the few worthy originals of the last decade.
