Recently, one of my teachers was reported to the administration for having a nude photo of himself on his own computer, and is getting sacked. The student who found the photo was over 18 years of age, and was borrowing his computer to complete a school assignment, but did not get permission to go into his photos.
So, my question to you, Facepunch: Should he be sacked? Keep in mind this man is 23.
His personal computer or school property?

His personal computer, but he used it in school.
No he shouldn't be sacked.
Only if he showed the pictures to his students.

He didn't show the picture to the student. The student just happened upon it while going through his pictures.

In which they were not allowed to do.
He shouldnt be sacked if it's his own personal computer, and he did not giver permission for the student to go thorugh his photos.
Why did he have a nude pic of himself anyway?
This is about as unreasonable as being fired for sexting your SO.

There could have been hundreds of reasons, none of which were the school board's business, it's his personal life.
Yeah, if it was on facebook, or he purposely showed his pic to the student, then there'd be a problem
