In the past years conquering vast and expansive lands. After many struggles, the Ikhmesh Empire falls by the Shalmagann horde, Ikhmesh's generals claiming fragments of its territory. The Arregythian Empire conquers a majority of the Ostrigian land, the once great kingdom disbanding into the ways of the past. (Changed the sizes of my ships, my heavy is now my medium, and I made a new heavy ship.) Thanks to all the trade on Trade station delta, lots of income and resources become available to the connected planets. -2 Turns is in effect! Currently researching: Dark Energy Crystal Research. (13 turns) Infantry Weapons and Command Doctrines (4 turns) Current army stats: Total Points Allowed: 10 Ship Firepower: 6 FP Ship Armor: 4 AP Build Time: 1 Turn Description: The TYPE-1284, otherwise known as "The bumblebee", is a small frigate that certainly lives up to it's name. It has a large forward mounted cannon, is lightly armored, and is very fast. Like all TPN ships, they now use advanced cloaking devices, since Rift-space tech might have been discovered by their enemies. The medium ship: Total Points Allowed: 40 Ship Firepower: 20 FP Ship Armor: 20 AP Build Time: 5 Turns Description: The TYPE-9271A is a medium-class ship, primarily made for ship-to-ship combat, possessing 3 A-283 cannons mounted on the top and a O-753 main cannon. It has a good balance between firepower and armor, and is a fast ship. It was put into use in The Great Escape, when even our TYPE-9380M proved to be too slow in retreating from the extremely fast Narxeminos ships, and our TYPE-1284 too small to house the civilians. The large ship: Total Points Allowed: 75 Ship Firepower: 40 FP Ship Armor: 35 AP Build Time: 8 Turns Description: The TYPE-938OM is a heavy-class ship. It has 4 A-293 cannons mounted on top, as well as two large O-753 main cannons, capable of ripping through ships in mere seconds. The TYPE-938OM, otherwise known as "The bad Omen" was created when our previous standard design proved to be too slow and large for effective ship-to-ship combat. They currently posses: Fleet Addon: Admiral Requires 2 Turns to Build Modifiers: With an admiral leading the fleet, it increases it's combat effectiveness. All medium ships get a +1 bonus to their FP. Fleet Addon: Multi-Layer Alloys Requires 4 Turns Modifiers: Gives +1 AP to small ships, +4 AP to medium ships, +6 AP to large ships, and +10 AP to superweapons. Fleet Addon: Alternative Weapons Requires 6 Turns Modifiers: Plasma weapons, laser, kinetic weaponry, OH MY! Gives an additional +1 FP to small ships, +2 FP to medium ships, +4 FP to large ships, but no benefits to superweapons. Fleet Addon: Troop Carrier Requires 3 Turns to Build Modifiers: Doubles the size of your invasion force, causing planets to take 4 turns less to conquer, offsetting defense platforms. It is also equipped with a Quantum Entanglement Wormhole Generator which will not be functioning for 3 Turns and will take 4 Turns to recharge once used. SS13 Is now an open Trading Hub and may be used by any and all.

Pictures of the GTX-AS Battlecruiser often appear in propaganda, however the ships are rarely ever pulled into duty as they are horribly inefficient at anything other than defense.

The Arragythian Empire bolsters up its forces, conquering massive amount of land, becoming the largest Empire the world has ever known. The Malamesh Empire, now recovered from brutal wars against the Ikhmesh Empire rises up, applying the pressure on the Ikhmesh remnant states and surrounding territories. The Shalmagann Horde continues to spread out from the near east, conquering, and subsequently enslaving all settlements it passes. The Arregythian Empire's Unique and superior troops march into the Desert, applying pressure on the Ikhmesh Empire aswell, and will soon set out to persecute and destroy the Shalmagann Horde for good. A new Ostrigian tribe pops up North-East of the current 4 tribes. Due to new forces conquering their lands, only two Ikhmesh Empire Remnant states remain. Mhh, Milkdairy, will having one ruling faction on your planet have any negative effect? Say, will your forces be very aggressive once they reach the space-age? [editline]29th April 2012[/editline] Actually, now that I'm asking, what is life like in the Arragythian empire? What kind of a government does it have?
While the Arragythian Empire seems to be the rising power (And will be in the next matter of turns and such), I have some devious plans for it as well. As far as Life in the Empire goes in the current state, It's basically an alternate version of Ancient Rome. It's a semi-parliamentary autocracy, and the Native Arregythians (Which originated from the western anvil-shaped part of the mainland area) Live comfortably in the Capital. The Further you go from there (Especially when leaving the mainland), usually the more poverty there is, although some areas can be living comfortably just as in the Capital region, just in a different form of culture. The Empire with its current Emperor is rather intolerant of Crusaders like the Shalmagann horde. Tera Magna is still in the Classical Antiquity, so any further events may prove the total rise or the devastating fall of a great empire. As a note, I may have events happening in space near/in the general region of the planet affect how things go on the planet. For instance, the desert peoples are very good astronomers, as well as the native peoples of that westernmost land mass you can see on the map. They will often observe phenomena which could appear from anything ranging a space battle, to a planet being destroyed/terraformed. Arregyth's main advantage that allowed them to conquer so much land was their great teoretical and philosophical thinkers that were able to come up with strategies to meet the needs of the Empire, and improve its military so that it may use adaptable, solid tactics. And for one thing, if there is ever one single faction controlling all lands on the planet, it will be very negative, mostly due to the fact that achieving total rule over the planet would require having a less-than-liberty based government and management system. This would lead to squalor, disease, revolt, poor management of law, corruption, and even uprising on a regional scale. If it really does come to one ruling nation, it wouldn't be long before it fell apart (especially if its main asset were a massive military)
