I'm not a huge fan of the vocal style normally but they're scattered throughout the songs well enough for me to find them enjoyable.
I'm so glad I found this on here. I'm from Sweden so I can understand the full story. It's an incredibly depressing tale but damn is it amazing. ANYWAY, here's another swedish band. [t]http://f0.bcbits.com/z/37/76/3776954404-1.jpg[/t] Dating Genre: Mathy Shoegaze/Postrock Sample: http://dating.bandcamp.com/track/give-them-nails Incredible shoegaze from the dark forests of Sweden. Listening to the sample track above as we speak, and it's sending shivers down my spine.

Some chill tracks in there. Been listening to him for about a year and a bit now and he never fails to impress me and make me fall in love with his music. I highly recommenced his music.
[t]http://f0.bcbits.com/z/30/02/3002026999-1.jpg[/t] Horseback - The Invisible Mountain Genre: Doom Metal Sample: http://horseback.bandcamp.com/track/tyrant-symmetry Since I bought the Pyramids + Horseback split I never actually listened to any Horseback. This was a big mistake because they're fucking great. They're some of the most listenable doom metal I've ever heard, mostly because their vocals sit on the back burner compared to the rest of their sound. The Invisible Mountain and Half Blood are great listens. The Gorgon Tongue is more drone, less doom, but still nice. For a band I've never listened to until yesterday, I'm kinda excited they have a new album coming out. :v:
I've been into them for a while now, it's nice to see other people give them a listen.

I've been subbed to this guys YouTube channel for a while and I'm psyched he got a Bandcamp up for his albums. I haven't listened to the latest one yet but Aerial is awesome.
Miasm - The Dark Roads [PWYW] Genre: Shoegaze, Progressive Rock http://miasm.bandcamp.com/ Some really dark and experimental shoegaze. It's like a mix of Have a Nice Life and Earth but it's also quite unique and definitely worth checking out. This will probably end up being one of my top 5 albums of this year.

Should be a cool listen. I'll post more later. Also I have links for like 15-20 emo/screamo albums on bandcamp, most of them from 2012 and most of them free. Not sure if anyone here is interested but I could definitely post them or PM a list of them.
you don't even know how much I'm in love with this album, thank you.

MAKE - Trephine Genre: Doom, Sludge, Post-Metal http://thebandmake.bandcamp.com/ Been a big fan of these guys for a while now, this album has a gotten bunch of praise since it was released, and for good reason.
I go through a few dozen bandcamp experimental beat artists a week. Just some random beats. Def very good if you like Knx.

E: I posted the same thing twice! :v: [t]http://f0.bcbits.com/z/36/45/3645322026-1.jpg[/t] BADBADNOTGOOD Genre: Post-Bop, Jazzy Shit Sample: http://badbadnotgood.bandcamp.com/track/limit-to-your-love Really young group of guys who make some amazing, jazzy shit. Known to work with OFWGKTA and even backed Frank Ocean in one of his live concerts. Pretty awesome, but they shouldn't be looked at just because they're involved with OF, or even looked away from. This is some legit stuff here and I'm excited to hear more from them in the future. They have a link on their Bandcamp page for free downloads. Some awesome gloomy stuff that's hard to place in one genre.
Locrian - The Crystal World Genre: Drone, Doom Sample: http://locrian.bandcamp.com/track/obsidian-facades Really creepy music. Not the kind of Drone or Doom I would use to help me sleep at night because of the consistent use of screams, and not like vocal style screams but screams that sound like someone is dying. Their second album, Territories is straight up fucking difficult to listen to. Their frist and third are solid though. Debating on getting the vinyl AND CD of The Crystal World, mostly because the CD has an extra disc of songs.

I'm not sure if the cringing is good or bad.
Yeah this is really weird, I can't even describe it. I'm not sure if the cringing is good or bad.
Their first and third album are listenable in a weird way (I guess about as weird as any of the other stuff you have to listen to to get to these guys) but their second album made me go "Ok, enough of this nonsense." E: I also realize I made a mistake above. I said "second and third" and meant "first and third".

It's like 3:30 AM though so I'm not going to listen to any more right now as I fear for my sanity partially and I'm just tired. I'll definitely try to pick around it more later in the day.
Elevations and Depths is pretty awesome and the best song on the album imo. I probably would have linked that one as the sample if it was not the last song on the album. :v: I try to always try to avoid linking the first and last song as samples.
Pilotpriest - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack Genre: 80's electronic (idk) Sample: http://pilotpriest.bandcamp.com/track/xanadu Inspired by movie soundtracks, warm 80's sounding synths fill your ears. Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy. Check out his other stuff. He even remixed Hans Zimmer. http://soundcloud.com/pilotpriest-1/tracks
[t]http://f0.bcbits.com/z/83/10/831080882-1.jpg[/t] You.May.Die.In.The.Desert - International Waters Sample: http://ymditd.bandcamp.com/track/signals-to-safety Genre: Post-Rock Really good, high octane post-rock. This is the first full album they've put out in four years, disregarding a split with another band, and it's great. Completely retains the sound of the last album but there is a lot of punch in the songs now. I'd call this album really fun to listen to. :v:

http://propanepropane.bandcamp.com/album/propane-propane-s-t-2009 Propane Propane - Propane Propane Genre:
Heavily fuzzed out 70's rock and a medium dose of sexadelica.
Another interesting Swedish stoner rock band (they sure have a lot of them!), though this one is still young and relatively unknown. The songs on this album are a bit more on the raw, heavy punching side with little time for spaced out jamming in between. Although the last song sounds a bit different in style than the rest and is what I'd consider pretty much the definition of stoner rock. A nice little album, great for a first release.
[t]http://f0.bcbits.com/z/12/13/1213689238-1.jpg[/t] LAKE R▲DIO Genre: Witch House Sample: http://lakeradio.bandcamp.com/track/plastic-angels-feat-paislienne I don't know what the hell Witch House is suppose to be, but this is some pretty chill electronic. He recently put out a new album and all his music was free last time I was on the page so I got his entire discog. :v: It's really something I'm chipping away at. It's not minimal but it's pretty...quiet I guess? Makes me think of clouds and helps me sleep at night.
Lake Radio is the only Witch House artist that doesn't seem like they're just following a genre formula. BNNT - _ _ [€5 EUR] Genre: Russian Noise Rock, Noise, Drone, Noisey, brutal, crazy fringe-person hate sounds exploding. Sample: http://bnnt.bandcamp.com/track/congolese-rebel-leader-thomas-lubanga-recruiting-children This a pretty ridiculously cool band. It's a bad ass noise project of one Russian man who uses this bass-like instrument in the shape of a missile and drives creeper vans around and surprises the public with crazy noise rock explosions. This album is freaky and bad ass. Lots of raw sounds and buzzy feedback with strange loud drums. Lots of eerie and politically charged statements and vibes coming from this. Really a stellar "fringe-person" insight. There are some great use of samples from people talking and awesome use of atmosphere. It's probably one of the coolest things I've heard this year. Listen to this shit.
沼泽 (Zhaoze) - 1911 [$5] Genre: Post-Rock Sample: http://zhaoze.bandcamp.com/track/1911-1st-mov Chinese Post-Rock with use of traditional instruments. Nothing to special, but the added use of at least one traditional instrument is awesome.
http://dopethrone.bandcamp.com/album/iii Dopethrone - III Genre: sludge/stoner doom metal Loads of slow, heavy, fuzzy and downright dirty sounding riffage with raspy growling vocals to go along with it. Lyrics are pretty standard stoner doom stuff about drugs and the occult, there's even plenty of clips from movies and talk shows concerning those themes included in the songs. I mean just look at that album art, you know immediately what to expect. If you like Electric Wizard, you'll probably enjoy this album right from the start (guess where Dopethrone got their inspiration from). It's not terribly original or groundbreaking in my opinion, but it's a well put together and very enjoyable album.
Planning for Burial - Leaving [$5] Genre: Shoegaze, Drone, Lo-Fi Bedroom Recording Ultimate Sad-Numb-Man Man Music Sample: http://planningforburial.bandcamp.com/track/oh-pennsylvania-your-black-clouds-hang-low I discovered Planning for Burial through Enemies List Home Recording (Have A Nice Life, Giles Corey, etc.) and I always had this very subtle but bold appreciation for this album. But time after time, whenever I hear this man's music after a not-so-good day it resonates on levels with me that this earth can't withstand. Leaving is a beautiful record, a perfect combination of drone and shoegaze forming to create the most numb and incredibly pained music ever created. There is nothing about this album that isn't astounding to me. Leaving manages to lull me with quiet walls of dulled static and gloom and then lift me high up into the harsh feedback-laden wind of a hopeful depression by creating impossibly anthemic ballads of lost or far too idealistic love and happiness. Maybe it's just me, but I doubt it; Leaving is a monument to all your self-directed criticisms and foolish desires.
[t]http://f0.bcbits.com/z/30/09/3009700066-1.jpg[/t] Adrift For Days Genre: Stoner Doom Sample: http://adriftfordays.bandcamp.com/track/back-of-the-beyond This is some excellent stoner doom that I've been jamming to for two weeks now. There is something about the vocals that just fit so damn well with the kind of instrumentals they have going. You can't get the albums off that page, but if you click the link to order the albums from their label there are free downloads there.
