can't help with the second issue though, mind posting pictures?
Sorry about the blur, was the best I could do without keeping the sensor exposed for too long since I was squeamish about keeping it open for more than I had to.
Anyone else who tends to be cautious with taking photos publically? :v: Although for some reason that goes out the window when I play some music instead.

Avoid the grey market. That sees too cheap to be true. Might be repackaged.

It will mean selling it will be more difficult, but for a first camera type user it should be fine. Feedback seems pretty good but not entirely consistent.
I don't know if this is a dumb question, but are there any good photography books out there to read? Subject of the book doesn't matter much to me, I just want to learn stuff!

Lots of good night photography examples in there. You could probably get it at your local library.
I looked at his reviews and there's people complaining about the seller selling Blackberries that were on RIMs stolen list, and other such things, so it sounds a bit dodgy really.
yeah, i checked that too but that seemed an isolated case, and i'm not buying a blackberry playbook. the 4041 positive feedback far outweigh the 14 negs for this month
should be okay, does it affect picture quality?
Well if it did, not anymore since I sent my camera in to get it cleaned.
My 3 year old nephew is insanely fascinated by my tripod. Especially on how it can "magically" become 3 times it's size. He's all like :O !!!
yeah, i checked that too but that seemed an isolated case, and i'm not buying a blackberry playbook. the 4041 positive feedback far outweigh the 14 negs for this month
Something has to be wrong, maybe it's used and repackaged or something wrong with it (remember those 5Ds that were sent back to shops because of oil from the shutter hitting the sensor?). I wouldn't touch a company that was accused of selling something stolen, even once. It means they have no care about what the customer gets.
So I'm looking to do a certain shot for my school abstract shoot and I can't seem to find the tutorial of how exactly to do it. It's where you have a piece of glass, put a couple of drops of water on it after some rain-x and place an object underneath the glass so you can see the image in all the droplets. Is there a name for this? I saw someone's tutorial on it but I just can't seem to find it.
Is that not the one you bought?
i am going to buy

Gah! I cannot think of anymore abstract ideas. I don't want to end up just shooting walls and lights.
took me 10 minutes to get deleted for trying to help someone improve oh well, it's a lost cause
Oh my goodness, guys! Someone on Facebook who seems to actually know what she's talking about when discussing cameras! This is like 1 in a million! On a side note, finally snow has fallen in the GTA but sadly I have exams to study for and a Java project to get done.
better?

Was wondering, what do people use to edit videos? Something like this: Or any other kind of video, really.
