I fitness every sunday for 2 hours and I don't see that much difference from around half a year ago when I started, is 2 hours not enough? Could it be my diet? Why isn't there a questions thread? :v: Also, don't hate me, I'm a beginner

My legs are really strong compared to my upper body, which I want to increase in bench. I'm also looking forward to 315 on squat too. I've noticed as I squat more and my max increases, everything else increases too.

Height: 6'3" and a bit Weight: ~200lbs Age: 19 I haven't maxed out in 3.5 years but I haven't worked out much at all in that time either. Old maxes Bench: 165 lbs Squat: 245 lbs Hang Clean: 200 lbs Push Press: 180 lbs I suspect my bench is around 180ish now and my squat is around 275ish but im not really sure.

That's a 12.5 inch bicep? Mine is 14 inches and our arms look slightly similar proportionally
