Ohh, so you can do 20 pull ups. How many of something you can do is not determined by how many you can do in a day, it's determined by how many you can do in a single session.

Well you have a low bar curl. IDK maybe you have good lats but 40 is a lot of pull ups. I haven't done non-weighted pull ups in forever but I'm not even sure I can do that much. Granted, I weigh 30 more pounds than you but still. I guess it doesn't really affect me but still
as I said before, the low bar curl is because 60lbs is all I that I have to work with on my crappy make shift bar.

One of the guys at my school did 55 when the Marines came and set up a pull up bar, but he was 5 feet tall and jacked as hell. The Marines said they never saw anyone do so many consecutively. The big problem a lot of people have is not going all the way down. Your arms should pretty much be completely straight before going back up again.

I only go about 3/4 of the way down. All the way and my arms will give up at 25 or so

Incredibly jacked, but it wasn't in a huge and bulky way, it was in a lean and outright incredibly muscular way. It was truly amazing watching him do pull-ups like they were chump change.

Evey thing is unflexed except for my abs in this one. I'm gonna be bulking as hard as i fucking can for the next while. I might extend my bulk until may.

We maxed out today in WT2 again. My NEW and MANLY stats are as FOLLOWS: Bench: 160lbs Squat: 210lbs I feel good about that, it's definitely an improvement from before.
