I like it people.
At least they're putting all the shitty riffs in Lulu so they'll have all the good ones saved up for the next real album thats going to be really good and not a massive step backwards right????????
best song metallica's made since Black Album. make more of these please.
death magnetic was such a good album, i don't get why people disliked it.
The day that never comes is very good. One-esque.
is this a joke
The day that never comes is very good. One-esque.
Or Fade to Black-esque, or Sanitarium-esque. They all share a quite similar musical structure. intro, clean intro continues, solo verse, clean chorus, distortion interlude, clean. maybe a short solo. verse, clean chorus, distortion crescendo/finale/outro what ever you may call it, distortion possibly one more solo.

On a related note... I really like this.
death magnetic was such a good album, i don't get why people disliked it.
A lot of it is pretty unimaginative and the songs dragged out way too long, Like they wrote 3 minute songs as fast as they could then made them last 7 minutes by playing the same riff over and over and over and over. [editline]13th November 2011[/editline] and over and over and over
they wrote 3 minute songs as fast as they could then made them last 7 minutes by playing the same riff over and over and over and over. and over and over and over
Sounds like AJFA.
Sounds like AJFA.
More like St Anger.

RTL, MoP, AJFA and DM all start off with an clean/quiet intro, then heavy, fast and distorted riffs (Fight Fire, Battery, Blackened, That Was Just Your Life), then on the 4th track, same structure as you cited (FTB, Sanit, One, TDTNC) and around the last song, or before last song they have their instrumental piece (Call Of Ktulu, Orion, To Live, Suicide&Redemption)

Listened to Lulu in film class today (We are doing Powerpoints on Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992) vs Nosferatu (1922) and the teacher let us listen to music. I Liked "The View" and "Iced Honey" The rest, not so much.
1992 Dracula instead of the 1931 Dracula?
BLASPHEMY

Well we are comparing both the films, and techniques they had available to them and how they were used, obviously 1992 had alot more at their disposal than 1931. A larger jump in terms of technology. Also, "Little Dog Started out alright. And then.... A puny little body and a tiny dick A little dog can make you sick I lost it at: counts his fingers and toes he still got those :v:
