Kickin it with the GT3076r
Really? Nice. What's your mod list. Also, underhood pic go.
Really? Nice. What's your mod list. i hate you.... enviously everytime i see you post it i say haha, i've beat one then i keep seeing that you're boosted. and yeah, i saw greddy turbo kit and frowned, then saw you did to. awesome car. 1x agree on the underhood pic. i want to see what kind of manifold the greddy one is. just wondering, whats the price difference between the greddy and say, a Full-Race?

EDIT: Also I'm about to ditch the kit and either save up for SRT/FR/Jotech kit. Or go with a comptech supercharger for that sexy whine, and the best power curve boost can get you... or Cams/Bolt ons.
why? what in the kit you have now is holding you back?
why? what in the kit you have now is holding you back?
Max of like 350hp, and nowhere near enough torque. I'd rather have a supercharger and have 310 with no spool or an SRT/FR/Jotech kit and make 400+. Also I'd rather have Cams/Bolt ons and make 230-240, and have the curve of an NA motor (Also run mid 12's because of no problem hooking even on street tires. I don't want slicks fucking up my car) Also old engine bay pic that I found: Shocker battery holder is gone. Emanage (Red box in upper right with wires) is gone. Got 4in intake and Underdrive pulleys later.
Old picture, but no real need to take a new one since it looks exactly the same. Let's see how many boxes I can get this time! [sp]That's a BMW 530i in the back, if you were wondering. A few people asked me that last time I posted it.[/sp]
i really love your mustang i think i tell you this every time you post it but it's the coolest looking s197 i've ever seen [editline]13th April 2011[/editline] have you done anything to the engine? Now with my 20g it's just a blast to drive at 22psi. I think you either aren't running enough boost with that turbo or it's not tuned correctly. Mine made 340 ft lbs of torque at 3600 rpm. At 10 psi it put down 240whp but only 210 ft lbs of torque, hardly any fun to drive.
The gt3076r is a 450whp turbo, at least on sr20's they are, i noticed honda engines make less power for some reason.

After making straight A's in an automotive technology class taught by an ASE Master Technician, I'm going to start modifying it this summer. I have to, to keep up with all the newer muscle cars. I plan on getting rear window louvers after I have done a few performance modifications. I'm thinking of long tube headers, a cold air intake, and a retune.
The gt3076r is a 450whp turbo, at least on sr20's they are, i noticed honda engines make less power for some reason.
Its not that the k20 makes less power per psi of boost (It usually makes more because of the higher than average compression ratio to begin with) its that I have a log mani... :(

Maybe because that's a bay shot from the red Yospeed Civic? The picture's at a slightly different angle so the intake looks different but trust me, it is the same one.
Lol wtf.

I really would have liked to actually take a picture for this thread but I'll do the next best thing. So my dad said I could have a 1976 LX Torana This (also this isn't my car here, it's in worse shape than that): But I'd have to clean it up (fix everything), of course I said yes then realised that I live 10 hours away from where the car is. So for the last year it has just been sitting at my dad's place waiting for me. Quite sad really :(

Pretty hard to justify that the picture you posted is yours when every single wire in the engine bay is exactly identical to that of YoSpeeds Civic. And the way you cropped the picture. And the Greddy kit with an HKS bov? And your lack of intercooling. Oh hay what is this I just found? Hahahaha. I knew something was up. [editline]14th April 2011[/editline] I've seen that YoSpeed Civic alot. I knew the bayshot when I saw it.
I used to know a guy like that. His mom and dad were divorced, but his dad used to be the CEO of Columbia Sportswear. I feel spoiled because my parents had to pay for a majority of my 2008 Mazda 3. It's a bit different for me because it's a necessity as I'm living in another country and my neighbor was selling it. I have to pay for everything else though, at least they aren't supporting me with gas or shit. Also, the Miata is a brilliant car. Everyone always says "dohoho it's a girl's car", but I shit you not that will get you laid. It's a car girls think is cute which means it will attract them. Not to mention the fact that the Miata is pretty sprinty and it handles like a dream. It's so fucking agile in turns and it will simply not lose grip.

And when it does lose grip, it's very much controlled.

Except, of course, it weighs next to nothing, and it's so balanced you can keep the power through the turn instead of having to let off. I got to drive a Miata from a dealership a few years back, and that's when I truly fell in love. I'm a Mazda fanboy :v:
