what were the references to season 3 in the first episodes?
what were the references to season 3 in the first episodes?
There's a line in Pierce's school song referencing air-conditioning repair. Similarly in season 2, when Abed has that 'Robocop HUD' scene, all the details referenced plot points later in the season. Not to mention Jeff mentioning that he has a dinner appointment after his graduation on May 23, 2013; a Thursday.
The writers of this show are so great.
Just a bit of confirmation with the episode-order clarity; 'Remedial Chaos Theory' was intended to be the third episode, hence why the lighter & Eartha Kitt are referenced 'next' episode. Gillian Jacobs suggested the '303/304' joke afterwards.

I mean I like the show, but it's not THAT smart. Unlike when arrested development did it, that was clearly planned. Stuff like Buster losing his hand chair. And sitting on a bench, blocking part of a bench advertisement so it then reads "One Arm". Stuff like that.

Speaking of the writers, this one teacher at my school saw my Community shirt a few months back and came up to me about the show. Turns out his friend is one of the writers for the show :v:
New episodes was brilliant.
Troy eating the cigaratte and finding the gun in Annie's purse made me laugh so hard.
He didn't eat a cigarette, they were fads
which made it funnier
Eating fads = immature/childish Eating cigarettes = idiotic He ate it right after saying Jeff thinks he's not an adult, that's the joke, there, I killed it.
That last episode sure was strange. Should I use evil Abed as my avatar or keep my Joel McHale avatar? [editline]wad[/editline] Nevermind, evil Abed is impossible for me to avatarise. [editline]wad[/editline] The best that I could do. So that or ?
I'd go with Abed avatar for sure :v:
I'd go with Abed avatar for sure :v:
Yeah, that abedtar is pretty good.
Anyone who wants it is free to use it, I decided to stick with the Joel avatar. Although blue members probably need to resize it. [sp]For those wondering why I post from an alt, I use different accounts on different computers.[/sp]

Any chance of a .gif of Evil Jeff gesturing to his missing arm?
Evil Abed and Evil Troy
Hm, I haven't watched a sitcom in years. Might have to check this out since I went to a community college myself.
Community isn't really a sitcom to me. Two and a Half Men and Big Bang Theory are. Community is just a insanely clever comedy, like Arrested Development [editline]17th October 2011[/editline]
Any chance of a .gif of Evil Jeff gesturing to his missing arm?
The timeline episode was one of the funniest I've seen during this show. Brilliance!
