• Losing weight, not visible?

Just be patient and work hard. It'll all pay off soon, I promise. I lost 60 pounds in 4 months and I didn't notice until maybe 6 weeks in, neither did anyone else. The first place you'll notice is your chest, or your torso. Then your thighs/legs will begin to thin up. Your face fat, chin and cheeks will naturally tone up. You can't spot reduce fat though, you need to exercise to lose weight all over your body, not just one specific area. The last place you'll lose weight is your tummy. It's cool though, you'll look smaller when your chest reduces in size. I can't tell you how good it feels to not have big man boobs anymore. Now I just got these small ones, haha. Keep doing cardio and make sure your diet is well planned. Your diet is a HUGE part of losing weight, so respect your body. Treat it every once in a while too. Keep in there man, you won't regret it.

I don't really get hungry for more though and I don't have any adverse effects (been at it for a few months) so I'm not really sure if it's worth changing. (I am counting them accurately, I even have a scale to weigh stuff like chicken.)

Admittedly though I was on something more like 1500-1700 then. I'm not really focused on getting a lot of muscle, I know it'll come with running so I don't look like a skinny fool. Currently 183 lbs at 6 feet aiming for something like low 170s, used to be 210
Anyone get taller from losing weight? Im around 100 lbs over weight and I really feel as if I cant reach my full height when trying to not sulk and sit up completely straight

Its to the point where If I try to stand up tall all the way my back actually starts to hurt. Typically oat meal for breakfast, 2 servings of fruit and chicken tenders for dinnner. Im walking 2-3 miles every day and probably going to start going to the gym soon too
