definitely looks like some of those weird small body armors but not sure if based off of anything that really exists
Oh yeah, I ran my Smersh and Gorka for pretty much the entire weekend for Mason Relic, and I have to say its pretty much the most comfortable thing to wear ever for extended periods of time. I wore it through a rain storm, slept in it, ran through buildings and shit with it, it's fantastic for everything. The Gorka held up really well in the storm, eventually got soaked but actually didn't let that much water through. The AK Smersh rig can actually hold 12 magazines (3 per pouch), if you take the dividers out. Thi motherfucker can probably hold 16 M4 mags pretty comfortably. The Smersh balances the load really well too, only complaints is that the buttpack likes to hit things in tight MOUT environments. Smersh for best LBE all years
I kind of want to make this loaodut. Except with a Gorka instead of the cold weather suit of course.
I think I'm going to do a Dagestan/2nd Chechen war spets loadout next, after I do my PMC loadout. Just because it look so badass
Could you please, for the love of all things sacred, actually make even just 1 of the loadouts you continually post?
No because tomorrow I'll find something I think is even cooler and there's no point in even buying this shit if I won't even be playing airsoft until who the fuck knows when.

do fucking want what's the name of that rig/carrier
BVD + 6B5
oh boy this won't be cheap lol
BVD by itself looks like a gay wrinkly fishing vest so you should get a 6b5 to space it better BVDs go for about $160 and 6B5s go for $135 usually roughly $295 for the rig [editline]18th June 2012[/editline] varusteleka had some replica BVDs but they're out of stock atm try Red Alliance, I believe some guy was selling one; also good luck finding a 6B5s in good condition; I was lucky and found one in VSR and it didn't come with plates but it still had the kevlar padding intact [editline]18th June 2012[/editline] also $295 for the entire thing is actually cheap modern stuff goes for much... much more... which kinda sucks for me
goddamn this loadout might have to wait, i have no moneys for loaoduts lol i still want to buy an SVD or someshit before another loadout
also the dude on RA is selling BVD repros for $180 kinda pricey but at least he has it in stock [editline]18th June 2012[/editline] here's a couple pictures of my teammate wearing it:

It has been very long time since I post in this forum. So here is some of my loadouts :D Here is my WIP FSB kit, all I really need is a K6-3 replica, and if I want a Smersh rig. 80s Motor Rilfes, needs Afghanka - A little Post-apocolypse themed kit (basically just took 1st Chechen War impression and threw a civy GP-5 on it) - I will get pictures of my VDV recon up soon, I don't have any as of right now. I also have a few Ukrainian Impressions in the works, as well as KGB border guards (Just need M69 HeBe).
You're going to fit in real nice here.
You're going to fit in real nice here.
That's good to hear lol
So I'm selling all my 'Murrica shit to buy Rossia shit. Will a OE Tech H-Harness and Battle belt work well as a stand-in SMERSH? I'm a little strapped for cash, depending on how much I can sell. Shopping List: - Cm048 / CM047c (I love wood guns, but I'm not sure if the extra $40 is worth it. I already have a wood CM045, traded the "Ribbed for her pleasure" plum furniture for Black Grip / Wood handguards.) - Flora Pants - Light blue longsleeve Telynashka Any other cool rossia shit you guys think I need? If I get the Cm047c should I do tactical but tasteful? (Scope mount / EoTech / Bottom Rail / VFG)
I would leave it at eotech, since it's pretty practical. I like to leave my aks light as well grab some klmk/bezerka/tigr/rastr/reed/les/etc or something similar if you're gonna go speshul furse; flora is more of a grunt camouflage pattern as much as I love the pattern; most of the patterns I mentioned are reasonably affordable. Even better if you get gorka for cheap no patches really if you get speshal fource stuff, blue telnys are for vdv forces, red is for mvd, and black I believe is for naval infantry; otherwise everyone uses camo t-shirts or plain green ones; don't wear the red telny because apparantly the red telnys are earned rather than issued so some mvd guy politely requested members of RA not to wear them
there's also the green telnys for the border boyz
yea I wasn't a fan of the telny stuff because there's some weird drama shit with earning them and whatnot so I keep it simple with a green t-shirt on another note, I am now saving up for a 6b23 [editline]3rd July 2012[/editline] blue striped telnys are acceptable iirc thou
telnyashkas are seriously like the most comfortable undershirt in the world though
ye, my team leader runs a sleeveless telny for his ~eastwind~ getup and he dives in cactuses and rock piles with just the telny top also the k6-3 with visor doesn't sit on my head right because the visor weighs twice as much as the helmet and my head is small; I need to modify this damn helmet to have a neck pad so it sits right; I actually wore it two days straight all day and my neck and head hurts now. My teammate tells me k6-3s and other welding masks are only supposed to be worn a short amount of time because it causes neck problems because of the weird weight distribution [editline]3rd July 2012[/editline] without the visor though, the replica is really light and doesn't shake at all I wonder if I could get the altyn visor cause the k6-3 visor weighs a ton
