Maybe he changed it and has yet to paint it? :v:
Do it in one single go at it instead of leaving the job half finished. They just don't look fun and all look the same.
I'd rather race stock cars instead of F1's. They just don't look fun and all look the same.
I beg to differ. They do look like an absolute blast to just cock about in. Think about it, 900HP, 500KG or so, RWD. Can we say donuts? And as for looking the same, hardly. While they do look a bit more samey than they used to they're by no means 'clones'. They still have unique silhouettes. The 2012 cars are even more pronounced, with regard to that step most of them are running this year. I will agree that modern F1 cars are hideous though.
i dont think youd be doing donuts in an f1 car
i dont think youd be doing donuts in an f1 car
Why not?

i figured it would fuck things that cost a lot to replace
i figured it would fuck things that cost a lot to replace
Oh it does. The radiators rely on airflow from the car's motion to work, they have no fans, and as such cannot cool the engine very well at all when doing donuts. Very good way to destroy a Formula 1 engine, and that's why the donuts done at the races are just one or two loops. The team isn't going to allow you to cock about with that race car if they're not prepared to replace that engine, gearbox and clutch, and often they'll install junk units not fit for racing specifically for it.
Hey bradly I'll ship you some stock corners for a CRX that have a little wear for the cost of shipping and some gas haha
My 98 accord lx
Hey bradly I'll ship you some stock corners for a CRX that have a little wear for the cost of shipping and some gas haha
I'd really like that. Are they 88-89 ones? I can't use 90-91 ones.
I like.
Hngggh. Boso cars look so nice when done right. Those pipes are just the perfect size.
I'd really like that. Are they 88-89 ones? I can't use 90-91 ones.
Yeah they came with my 91 CRX in the trunk
So they're 88-89 lights? If so figure up some shipping to 74039 and whatever else on top and I'll paypal you some munnies. These corners were some I ebay'd to get the crappy cracked up amber-sprayed OEM ones out. They held me over long enough, I'd like some clean ambers or OEM ones again.
I've always had a thing for NSX's and S2000's. The newer Civic-R's (2008 specifically) are also boss. But I can't stand old 90's and 80's civics, they're such ugly cans.
hahaha
Older civics are beautiful compared to recent ones. And that comes from one who doesn't like them at all.
Dat boxy shape
I've really enjoyed my honda, I'm wanting something new though. I have to say that I really am partial to the honda interiors. I'm looking at getting an subaru in the next year and I really dislike the Subaru interiors. I mean, look at this, (back when my car was clean) Recently I was looking at the new 9th gen civic interiors and they feel really cheap compared to the 8th gen, what do you guys think?
I hate the new Honda gas pedals.

what kind of oil should i use for my 95 civic si? i read the manual and it said 5w-30 would be fine, but would i be okay if i used quaker state synthetic? or does it not really matter.
Doesn't synthetic come 5w-30 flavored?
Doesn't synthetic come 5w-30 flavored?
yeah, i got 5w-30 synthetic, and i've read that synthetic can cause problems with civics after switching from non-synthetic.
Quaker state is fine. Synthetic makes no difference.

I really like the shifter and handbrake placement and I think it would be tons of fun with a manual and the K20. The gauges are really nice and the digital speedo keeps me from disregarding my speed because I pushed the needle just a little past the speed limit. I think that Type-R or SI interior looks really sexy too. I love the way the new interiors look.
That was one of my favorite parts of the rx-8 when i got to drive it; the drivers seat felt like a cockpit of a jet or something. The way the dash and controls are for that honda look to be a similar style.
