Are we ever going to go into the 4th dimension? If so what would it be like?
The 4th dimension is time.
:downs:
We don't even know if it exists. [editline]08:44PM[/editline]
The 4th dimension is time.
Also no.
The 4th dimension is time.
yeah some youtube video i saw said it once that means its true
4th dimension is a spacial dimension like every other spacial dimension, just think of it instead of up, down, right, left, it has another movement. My favorite definition of the 4th dimensional movement is to think of the it as "through".

You are viewing a 4th dimensional object being represented in 3 dimensions on a 2D screen.
Yeah I doubt it.

It's not that hard to comprehend a square expanding and contracting.
The 4th dimension is time.
I hate that people still think this. that idea was scrapped in like 1940. [editline]12:53AM[/editline]
It's not that hard to comprehend a square expanding and contracting.
except it's not doing that. none of the pieces are rotating or changing sizes, that's all done on an axis.
It's not that hard to comprehend a square expanding and contracting.
yeah it is cause what you are seeing isn't the fourth dimension if it was you wouldn't be able to see it.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fourth_dimension Learn what the 4th dimension is.
if i remember correctly, supposedly that object (also known as a tesseract) is the three-dimensional shadow of the true fourth-dimensional cube - ergo, shadows in the fourth dimension are three-dimensional :tinfoil:
except it's not doing that. none of the pieces are rotating or changing sizes, that's all done on an axis.
I know, but that's what I interpret from it. It's all very confusing. I'm not a scientist so I try not to think about it.
