Should I buy this tonight or procrastinate some more?: [editline]21st February 2012[/editline] Its an external CO2 rig and parts for all of my shotguns.
I'm torn between the CM048 and the CM040 CM048 Pros: Wood Accessories I can use .28 and still shoot 400 (I know, I know, about FPS. But since I like to run ambushes quite a bit, I don't like giving people time to react, also considering where I play everyone either blindfires or pop-shots.) Can use batteries I already have CM048 Cons: Heard it has tons of wobbles (May not be true) I prefer a folding stock Costs more (On a budget) CM040 Pros: Folding Stock More modern look if I were to make a VDV or such loadout Cheaper Cm040 Cons: Need to buy new batteries Will be shooting low 300's with .28 Would rather have wood than black plastic
http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=5742 have you considered this
My next Airsoft Purchase TM m1911a1 Guarder upgraded spring set x2 KJW 1911 magazines For an m1911 project. Will post pics when completed.
My next Airsoft Purchase TM m1911a1 Guarder upgraded spring set x2 KJW 1911 magazines For an m1911 project.
WE makes pretty decent mags.
ahahahah what
Clearly those are TM compatible. Also, this is all being bought second hand.
ahahahah what
Yeah, they do. Its their guns that suck. I run 4 WE Hicapa mags and they each work better than my KJW mag and give me less issues, the only downside is the size of the mag base plate, which can be replaced. Maybe they make shitty single stack mags, but generally WE does fine to my knowledge.

There's a difference between 1911 and Hi-capa, you know. IMO all WE 1911's are really good, and everyone that i know that's owned one agrees, but WHATEVER GUYS. WHATEVER.
We've gone over this at least 5 times right now, most people agree that WE 1911's are not very good, especially in terms of gas efficiency. This applies to just about all metal single stack 1911's. However, if you take a WE mag and put it in a plastic 1911, it works just fine, as a TM is way more gas efficient. You can't go wrong with like any hicapa, but WE is on the bottom of my list for them. Believe it or not, I do know the difference between a 1911 and a Hicapa, I own 4.
But this is all irrelevant because WE is not TM compatible. Edit: I mean the m1911a1s.
Weird, everything else they make is TM spec. I wonder what the differences are.
Would getting a lighter metal slide than the pot metal shit slide my WE has now help it at all?
A light slide, a good blowback unit, and lots of lube will make a tremendous difference. Those just all cost money and you have to worry about fitting them just right for the best performance.
One more thing to add to the list then :suicide:
Bought KWA USP NS2 with 2 mags from Marine friend for 60, just needs new bucking. /Fucking loving life. // Fuck I ship out in a couple months...nees moaarr time to airshit
i think i might get a black vest with flecktard yes??
Ordered all my shit, so I'll probably have it by next Friday.
i think i might get a black vest with flecktard yes??
if you're gonna wear a black vest, at least wear a defender-II or something similar with a smersh over it because it looks ballin'
if you're gonna wear a black vest, at least wear a defender-II or something similar with a smersh over it because it looks ballin'
But that's 90% of all Rossia loadouts and is starting to loose a lot of the coolness factor because of it.
But that's 90% of all Rossia loadouts and is starting to loose a lot of the coolness factor because of it.
A while back you disagreed when I said FPers seem to like Russian loadouts mostly because they're 'different', and yet here you are saying it's not cool anymore because it's becoming mainstream. I see no problem with a common loadout. Defender-IIs with smershes look good.
Weren't you one of the ones who flamed me when I said FPers seem to like Russian loadouts mostly because they're 'different'? And here you are saying it's not cool anymore because it's becoming mainstream. I see no problem with a common loadout. Defender-IIs with smershes look good.
I'm not implying all Russian loadouts are mainstream and uncool. It's just that modern Spetsnaz loadouts have lost a lot of the coolness factor they once had because of how common they are. That being said, I'd still much rather see that over another generic US special forces Multicam loadout because it's still nowhere near that generic among airsofters in general. [editline]22nd February 2012[/editline] You can recover a bit of the unique factor in that loadout by not using a Gorka and/or welding mask though.

Totally separate things IMO, and honestly saying that a loadout stops being cool when lots of people use it smacks of hipster-ism to me. The question is, what makes it cool? If it's the uniform, or the nationality, or the design of the gear, that doesn't change just because more people use it. If it's cool solely because it's different, well, that's the accusation I've been leveling at Russophiles here all along. (Oh yeah, and I edited my previous post after posting to be a little less aggressive, I'm not trying to flame you for this, just looking for a consistent answer)
Can anyone recommend some cheap lipo batteries?, would buying the ones from ebay that cost £6 be ok?, was thinking of some of these http://www.ebay.ie/itm/35c-7-4v-3000mAh-LiPo-2S-RC-Car-Boat-plane-Battery-WF-/140317728190?pt=UK_ToysGames_RadioControlled_JN&hash=item20ab969dbe also what gauge silicone wire should i rewire my aeg with 16 awg or 18 awg? it can fit both but dont want much resistance, also using deans connectors
The higher the strand count in the wire, the better it will be. Just make sure that the wire will fit in your gun easily without being pinched, as that will make it heat up.
Again, I'm saying I don't see how being common makes it uncool. And having a few guys in Russian loadouts can make airsoft more realistic instead of basically being NATO special forces vs NATO special forces which is another reason I like Russian stuff. I don't even really have anything against the modern Spetsnaz loadouts other than how they've become 90% of all Russian loadouts. And I never really liked the look of that kit very much in the first place anyway. I always preferred the infantry and VDV stuff even if you could probably find almost as many modern VDV loadouts as modern Spetsnaz.
modern Spetsnaz loadouts have lost a lot of the coolness factor they once had because of how common they are.
what the fuck, russian loadouts of any kind aren't common in any way
I still think spets loadouts are relatively unique and the only reason it doesn't seem ~unique~ is because of: 1. Rich people buying multiple Russian loadouts to make it seem not unique anymore 2. People all over the world concentrated into one spot (RA) and posting all their loadouts ofc its not gonna seem unique anymore when you got a bunch of dedicated opfor-ists posting in the same spot about the same thing [editline]22nd February 2012[/editline] and obviously people will jump at the chance of a loadout with a lax dress-code like spets
I still don't really like the general look a whole lot though. When you get a Gorka and a Defender it just looks bulky as fuck and difficult to move around in. Plus in most normal places you can only use a Gorka for half the year before you start boiling in your own sweat.
