I replaced my interior lights with these things as a few bulbs blew and I'm up for experimenting. They are much brighter than their incandescent counterparts, I like the colour temperature of them. I'd use them for exterior side lights and such but I'm not sure on the law in the UK governing the use of aftermarket LED lights, correct colour of course. Also while messing around with electrics I noticed my car had a covered hole for the cigarette lighter socket for the LHD version of my car, so I bought a socket and installed one. I now have two lighter sockets in the front and one in the back (One in the back has an inverter plugged into it permanently)
My belts are brand new. I looked at my FSM, the light is for the California emissions equipment. I think my exhaust system has a problem or the like. Maybe a new catalytic converter? One of the sensors are loose? :( But yeah, when I got it here yesterday it was working alright. It was just when I started it this morning it seemed really odd. As if only two cylinders were firing and there's white smoke from the exhaust.
check if it burns coolant... if it does, get ready to shit your pants.
"Peel P50 and Trident go back on sale for first time since 1966" http://jalopnik.com/5910190/the-worlds-smallest-cars-are-back-on-sale-for-insane-money Oh yes please. [sp]$16,000[/sp] Never mind.
Yo SHiban, there's an RB25 with no manifolds for sale here locally for like $500. You should slap that shit in your 240 and get rid of the boat anchor in that bay.

I thought the wagon died.
Whut. I thought the wagon died.
Uhhh I thought it did die. But the catalytic converter went out, Got the cat's hollowed out. CEL forever on. And just after that it decides to make the control arms worse, headliner decides to rape my face wile going down road, and my HVAC In-car fan wont kick in. But yea kinda needing the control arms use to it only affected it when going 80+ Now going anything over 40mph the car sways about 2inches side to side witch ever way it wants to go at the time.

Maybe a chop? I would get it but I just have no monies. I barely have enough for basic parts as it is. Maybe someday, the parts will be there. Check out what I did today :) http://facepunch.com/threads/1048598?p=36012195&viewfull=1#post36012195

Tell your city maintenance people to do a manual transmission swap. :v:
Stop treating your CVPI like crap! Wait its not yours... Go ahead! A man today stalled an Audi TT right in front of me.. almost hit him

Engines around here are cheap. Except Honda shit, people are proud of B swaps here. $1000 for an LS swap! Haha. If I didn't want to spend all of my cash I would have bought that SC300 and swapped the 2JZ/5spd into the Celica, though... That's a hell of a deal for a full 2JZ swap pretty much.
Aha, So yesterday random misfire code came on. 249 bill for the accord. Ontop of which the cat converter code came on so next inspection gotta replace that
-removed- Some of facepunch isn't mature enough to be anything other than a self righteous fuckhead.
What an idiot.
Now he's left without a car, and no savings or a job.
You never really know the feeling of no mobility until you've lost your car without means of getting another. Dat feeling when I felt dat feel when I got dat 240sx
My brother totaled his 2004 jetta into brick pillar on someones fence last night, in our neighborhood. He was just going very very way to fast, and didn't make this turn like he thought he could(He always pushes it way to hard when he feels like driving fast, i've been scared for my life numerous times with him). He probably was going near 40mph, to not make that corner as bad as he did. Now he's left without a car, and no savings or a job.
what a dumbass. stupidity like that is what gets people killed.
Probably more to do with the fact that he is depressed all of the time and doesn't have much will to live, which led him to be so carelss in the first place. It's nice to see your sensitivity, but i expected nothing more from you.

[editline]19th May 2012[/editline] Thats like this scenario: -guy goes on a killing spree- "That man is a killer! Sentence him to life!" "But he's depressed" "...all is forgiven" [editline]19th May 2012[/editline] Oh I'm sorry we can't all be so sad about your dumbass brother because he's a reckless depressed jackass that could have easily killed other people in that wreck. Whatever man, i'm not even going to try and argue with you. You're not worth my time.
Whatever man, i'm not even going to try and argue with you. You're not worth my time.
Talking about self-righteous huh? How about you get your brother some help before he hurts someone. [editline]19th May 2012[/editline] How is this funny? It's funny that I want you to get your brother some help? Or is it funny that I called out your 'self-righteousness'?
Report and move on, report and move on... Sorry to hear about your brother though, whether or not it's his fault is irrelevant; he could have been hurt and that's more important than wrecking your (his) car. Still sucks though [editline]19th May 2012[/editline] ooo, my avatar is working
