first day off for 2 weeks = hungover like fuck and in need of food... nachos. 'tis good though.
I have a load of stuff left over I need to eat before leaving my uni house for christmas. I made some formed of potato/mushroom/leek bake. I kind of made it up as I went along. It's really tasty.

Made an omelet. Tasted great. Been looking forward to making an omelet all day. I usually do it when everyone has gone off to bed, so I don't feel compelled to make more for everyone :v:

Meat lovers from dominoes with garlic bread and a glass of orange cordial 9/10 forgot the salad :c
3 grilled cheese sandwiches using herb sundried tomato bread and swiss cheese. Oh and a grilled garlic bread cheese sandwich. I probably had 7 slices of cheese.

Tried to make a simple cheesy omelet, it turned into cheesy scrambled eggs. Added a toasted cranberry bagel with butter. Good stuff, but I don't feel good about being unable to make an omelet without screwing it up :v:

I'm going to be making a roast belly pork tomorrow, what kind of sides does it go with well? I was thinking some roast potatoes and sage and onion stuffing maybe but not totally sure on other veg. Any suggestions?
I ate some Shreaded Steak and Cheese Taquitos and they were GOOD.
Large cup of doubled instant coffee, and salted cracker biscuits for breakfast (breakfast being whenever I get out of bed).
