• Skinny as fuck- need routine

So yeah I'm almost 14 years old, 6' and 145lb and kinda been going to the gym with my hs buddy for a while, I really have no idea what I'm doing and just legpress, benchpress and sutff. Can someone recommend a routine for gaining weight and muscle? I don't wanna get a Brad Pitt in fight club body like everyone, just a normal build with a flat stomach would be good since I'm already pretty tall and got strong shoulders.

Eating more will help you put on mass better than any routine change will.
