My BDU that I bought came with a 101st Airborne patch and a few insignias. Expert Field Medic, Parachutist and Air Assault. Should I take them off or leave them.
Take off the qualifications if nothing else, you didnt even come close to earning those. Reenactors don't even wear them.
Take off the qualifications if nothing else, you didnt even come close to earning those. Reenactors don't even wear them.
Will do. How exactly would I go about doing that though? Also, W0w00t there aren't any ranks on it or names. Just insignias/badges.
Possibly trading my KWA MP7 for another highly upgraded CA SR25. Since the wiring and trigger on my old CA SR25 is FUBAR, the new SR25 will serve as the base gun. Internals are way better than what I have currently. Then I'll have 2 upper receivers, going to make one carbine length, and the other setup as a DMR. Link to the SR25 http://www.bayareaairsoft.org/forum/index.php/topic,11189.0.html

I use that gun as my primary, and new mags are expensive. Last time I remember, you live here in so-cal? I could probably meet up with you and trade some gear if you want.
I'm in Norcal. I'm already trading the total of 3 mags with the gun.

If it's attached by a different method you'll have to research it. Google is your friend.

Just bought some TMC open top and radio pouches for my vest. The open top works like a wonder, it fits my G36 mags perfectly, so I'm using my old mag pouches to carry my old M4 mags in case someone in my team needs them. The only downside I can see is that a) the TMC TAN is a bit darker than the color of my vest, but that doesn't really bother me and b) since I put the pouches right on my chest, I had to remove my admin panel, which kinda sucks because I used it to carry my cell phone and team patch.
Great now someone is offering me a WE PDW w/ 3 mags for my KWA MP7. I think I'm still going to stick with the SR25 though.
Awesomeo, paycheck comes tomorrow so I will get the following: Helmet net (mine is messy as fuck atm so ima get an actual helmet net with an elastic band around it): http://airsoft-club.com/shop/tactical-gear/head-gear/helmet-accessories/usmc-us-army-military-helmet-net-mesh-od-olive-drab Elcan replica (looks better than the amp one): http://airsoft-club.com/shop/scope/non-illuminated/3-4x-tactical-elcan-type-optical-sight-rifle-scope DPM PLCE replica: http://www.flecktarn.co.uk/dpwws2nx.html New M81 Shirt (because my beat up one I gave to my friend and my current one has velcro shoulders) Boots (maaybe) Should I get anything else for the plce?
I think I'm going to weigh down my CIRAS with more pouches because right now my new loadout is looking badass as is.
No the CF issue vest sucks massive cock.
Thought so :saddowns: Why it sucks though, I'm having trouble deciding a goddamn loadout to compliment my C7
Thought so :saddowns: Why it sucks though, I'm having trouble deciding a goddamn loadout to compliment my C7
He exaggerates. It's not nearly as bad as he makes it sounds. And if you do end up disliking it than you can just get extra panels and what not to make it better. The CF Tac Vest has hundreds of aftermarket upgrades. [editline]23rd April 2011[/editline] You could get a Mo-FOCR which is worth the money alone for the name. Holy shit Codemonkey comes out of nowhere with lods of information

So whaddaya mean by panels and upgrades - is it molle??
The CF tac vest literally is shit and anyone in the CF will tell you that. I don't know what you're getting on about aftermarket parts seeing as it's a static vest. If I'm not mistaken the Mo-FOCR is supposed to become standard issue in the Canadian military after they pull out of Afghanistan so i would buy one of those.
Among many others. CP Gear makes a shit-ton of things to make the CF Tac Vest better. And so on. There are literally hundreds of these mods.
Mofocr looks fucking secksi [editline]22nd April 2011[/editline] Hng $300+ is a tad steep
I heard the Canadian vests use MALICE.
I heard the Canadian vests use MALICE.
Your right. I fucking bothers me. I don't get it. Are they trying to be edgy or clever? We had ALICE which were metal clamps. Than we had MOLLE which had the pouches with the straps built in. Than the Canadians come out with MALICE out of god knows where which is basically ALICE with plastic clamps and MOLLE pouches without the MOLLE. WHY!?
Your right. I fucking bothers me. I don't get it.
Ah, code; how I love your typos when you're tired :3: [editline]22nd April 2011[/editline] But yeah, malice seems a bit strange but looking it up it seems vaguely similar to my molle removable strap thing... which makes malice seem redundant
Like I said before, all the CF guys I play with complain about the vest. One kid wanted to buy one and they pretty much convinced him not to.
I've heard the same things.

The CP Gear vests, which are made by a private company that has absolutely nothing to do with the government or CF other than making tactical gear in CADPAT fabric, use the MALICE crap.
Is that airsoftclub website good? since they have a cheap aocg.
Is that airsoftclub website good? since they have a cheap aocg.
Yeah, but its overseas.
