Has anyone here ever seen a UFO? I was just remembering a drive I took with my mom and the guy she was dating at the time when I was a kid. It was either to St. Helens or Mt. Hood, in Oregon, on the freeway, and I remember leaning between the front seats and looking out the windshield when I saw it. Very distant, impossible to know how much. It was like a thick, grey slit in the sky: the cigar shape you hear about, in the color of graphite. I pointed it out and everyone in the car noticed it immediately and was just dumbstruck. It seemed like it wasn't moving. I don't really believe in ayyliens and I don't really know what it was but I know what I saw. Very weird seeing dark-on-light in the day sky like that. I don't remember how it disappeared, or how we lost sight of it.
Everyone and my grandma's dog that I've met IRL seems to have seen a "UFO", but I have no personal testimony. What all those stories seem to have in common is that it always involves three lights in the night sky in a triangular formation, that move about in erratic patterns otherwise impossible to perform with any known aircraft. However, no one I know personally saw anything like what you saw.
I don't remember how it disappeared, or how we lost sight of it.
Obviously this is because you were all actually abducted and you just don't remember it.
[editline] [/editline]
For more than 20 years, Olivier de Sagazan has developed a hybrid practice that integrates painting, photography, sculpture, and performance. In his existential performative series Transfiguration, which he began in 2001, de Sagazan builds layers of clay and paint onto his own face and body to transform, disfigure and take apart his own figure, revealing an animalistic human who is seeking to break away from the physical world. At once disquieting and deeply moving, this new body of work collapses the boundaries between the physical, intellectual, spiritual and animalistic senses. The artist states: "I am interested in seeing to what degree people think its normal, or even trite, to be alive." Olivier de Sagazan has exhibited widely in Europe, Canada, Bresilia, Corea, China, Quebec, India ...in art galleries, museums, and film festivals. With an almost cult following online, and rave reviews about his expressive and inimitable style, it is no wonder de Sagazan's remarkable "body art" work is featured in the non-verbal film Samsara, the Sequel to Baraka, directed by Ron Fricke.
Also, pageking. Woo.
Reading a bunch of stories about ~oooo computers being haunted~ does get to be creepy after a little thought. It would be relatively simple for someone to create malware that emulates a haunted computer or suddenly blasts you with a screamer. I personally have experienced a variant of the Vundo virus - downloaded automatically through an ad banner via browser exploit - that changed my desktop background into a scareware message (and it did indeed scare the shit out of me). Thankfully, malware tends to be created for economic reasons nowadays instead of just to mess with people, but there's always the possibility.
Does anyone have the 4chan innawoods story where OP was with some airsofting buddies and some Army recruits when a recruit went missing and they get stalked by something while they look for him?
Finally found it: [t]http://static.fjcdn.com/pictures/Spoopy+shit+some+scarey+shit+i+found+on+4chan_26692a_5353661.png[/t]
I have another spook story I found on /x/: [t]http://i.imgur.com/bx7KU.png[/t]
Good read, but honestly you could see the ending coming from like a mile away.

Is it alright to discuss nightmares and other sleep-related creepiness? Cause I've got one, although I'm not sure if it's creepy or funny in hindsight. I used to take sporadic naps back in highschool. As soon as I got home I’d crash into bed and die for a couple hours. I remember that I’d normally wake up to dinner being almost ready. Yes, I was a lazy prick, but I digress. When I took these naps, just before losing consciousness, I’d invariably hear this incredibly strange ‘music’. The only way to describe it would be that it sounded like distorted rap music. The one I remember the best sounded a little like Kanye West’s “Gold Digger,” but much slower in tempo and with gibberish lyrics. The creepy part wasn’t really the music, so much as the clarity of it. It felt like I’d slipped headphones over my head and tuned into hell’s local RnB station. If I knew how to write music I could probably recreate that “Gold Digger”-like song perfectly, sans lyrics. The lyrics were always impenetrable gibberish. Very guttural, too. If I had to recreate them, I’d say it sounded something like this: “Dah mah cay, dah mah cay. Ohh Ohh ohhh. Day dah oh oh oh.” The funny thing is, I don’t even like rap music that much. So it wasn’t a case of the music I listened to during the day becoming distorted by my brain. So yeah, I used to be plagued by demonic rapping before taking my daily nap. Maybe it was my body’s way of telling me to be less of a lazy asshole?
This is my favourite kind of spooky story, anyone have anything else like this that I could read?
I can't stand any story where the author has to spend even a sentence talking about the gun he brings, especially when it is largely irrelevant. It speaks of some armchair warrior trying way to hard to sound cool. I know its /k/ but really. To be honest, that's what all gun nuts sound like on the internet. Like, if you really liked owning a gun just to shoot or hunt with it, you wouldn't spend so much fucking time name dropping it. It's like, I use my car to get from point A to point B, but I don't have to tell anyone what car I have. Like, you really expect me to believe the fucking army recruited a bunch of airsoft yokels to go look for a missing person(s)? I know these stories are fake but goddamn the suspension of disbelief cannot stretch it this far. Plus, most of them are terrible, fanfiction-level writers.

i love blank banshee and have the entire 1st album, but there is one song i usually skip because it honestly creeps me out.
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYxrnDjNQZIs_aAcdhqSveg This guy's Seriously Strange and Serial Killer File series are great. Well as great as morbid shit can be. Just ignore the "Why would you put that on the internet" stuff, it's just not that funny, but the rest is really interesting. I learned about some stuff thanks to his vids, and some subjects talked about in them are pretty creepy
This one is also a good example. I remember wondering why the fuck they'd bring airsoft guns with them while doing the search.
If we're still discussing dreams, I had one where one of my friends was ripping my arm apart with a syringe. I couldn't move and he was laughing the entire time.
Do you happen to have a fear of giving blood? Also I had another "lights won't work, gotta escape" dream last night. Or probably one of the preceding nights.
After watching a horror movie, I don't know why but I had a dream where me and a friend sat in front of his desk and I mentioned I was hungry He was like "Here, I've brought something for you." It was a chopped leg of a woman. I don't know who it was. "Just try it, they say it keeps you looking young!" He casually said I took a bite, and kept eating. It was raw and hard to dig into. After eating I told him "man i have to get that taste of that meat out of my mouth" and proceeded to eat a wooden chair that was the same material as bread don't ask because I don't even know anymore.

I've been having a shitfuckton of recurring dreams since I was like, super young. They've all been to the effect of cars driving themselves, or like, the driver getting out of the car and leaving me to take over so it doesn't, y'know, fucking crash. I had one a while back where I was driving through a McDonald's drive-thru from the passenger seat not inherently creepy or spoopy or dark or anything but we were talking about dreams so I thought I'd hop on board
