I know CA came out with an AR10, not sure how accurate it is to the real deal.
He's talking about this AR-10
woah sexy
Y'know, if they're making a complete version of the FPG, I'd love to see a completed version of the Hera Glock carbine kit.
AEX makes one. Technically.
Meh, too much hype over something that's really not worth it.
Y'know, if they're making a complete version of the FPG, I'd love to see a completed version of the Hera Glock carbine kit.
Yup AEX does indeed sell a completed kit. Saw it in the store today.
He's talking about this AR-10
That is also a gun I want made into airsoft.
That is also a gun I want made into airsoft.
With real wood and capability to use M14 mags please.
Yup AEX does indeed sell a completed kit. Saw it in the store today.
For $235 too. I'm considering that, especially since buying a TM Glock and the Hera kit from Ehobbyasia would run about the same with shipping. The mags aren't compatible, right?
That is also a gun I want made into airsoft.
The issue with the AR-10 (amongst other cool, yet poorly known guns, like the Swedish-K and the Stoner 63) is that they had limited military services lives with somewhat obscure militarys in somewhat obscure conflicts, and they are not really featured in any forms of pop-culture, and as such, no one knows what they are, and companies probably wouldn't make huge profits from making them. I would love an AR-10. A late 60s-early 70s Angola War Portuguese loadout would be awesome. I already have the camo.
With real wood and capability to use M14 mags please.
lolwhat? It had plastic furniture and used AR10 magazines.
lolwhat? It had plastic furniture and used AR10 magazines.
Eyes deceive me, glasses are currently in the shop for repairs. And I thought I read somewhere it could feed from M14 mags.

Nope.
M1 Garand.
M1 Garand.
Marushin makes one.
Maybe one with a better clip he means?
You can make an m14 into an M1 Garand with a few things like a new heatshield, front sight, and a ACM shotgun mag.
Well, the average noob might not be able to do that.
No actually I think the average noob can. [editline]04:07PM[/editline] Assuming he had a screwdriver and a file.
You wouldn't be able to use clips, without a lot of modification.
But you get the look of a M1 Garand.
Since we have an airsoft M1919 already someone should really make an M2.
Since we have an airsoft M1919 already someone should really make an M2.
Killbucket's custom guns. He's made a number of them and has prints available to build your own. http://www.air-sharp.com/m2hbguns.htm
An M2? That would be awesome.
-Browning M1919 -MG42 -Type 99 and 100 -Styer Scout -Over and Under shotgun -Smith and Wesson revolvers with removable shells (ie m500) [del]-Luger (If they do make them I haven't seen them)[/del]
-Luger (If they do make them I haven't seen them)
http://www.airsoftgi.com/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=luger&x=0&y=0
I've seen a bunch of Lugers. Also, Viva Arms makes a 1919- I was playing with a guy using one last weekend. That thing is insane.
-MG42
There's some out there, but I'm pretty sure they all took external air rigs and were over $2000.
They're exclusive to Japanese markets mostly. You're lucky to find one in the states and if you do, it's going to be expensive whatever way you cut it. There was an article about the MG42 airsoft gun in one of my Japanese Airsoft Magazines. I'd post it but I doubt anyone here can read Kanji.
Post it anyhow, I can read a little bit and I've got a friend who's taking a class specifically for the kanji characters.
I'm posting from a tree house right now, I'll post it when I get home tomorrow.
