I'm thinking the Which Camera thread is basically a general gear thread. Nevertheless: D90 18-105mm 3.5-5.6 (kit lens) Sigma 70-300mm 3.5-5.6 50mm 1.8 SB-600 Flash 55mm 2.8 micro (from 1979) All in order of purchase. Then of course I have a few other trinkets like lens hoods, SD cards, extra battery, etc.

I'm totally jelly.
Ok new game courtesy of bopie. Imagine there is a fire and there are only two things you can take with you, your body and... what would be the other thing you'd take? I'd probably take my Sb-600. Yeah ignore the fact that without a lens I can't take photographs anyway, but I'm so attached to my flash.

Yeah ignore the fact that without a lens I can't take photographs anyway, but I'm so attached to my flash. Well since the forum bugged and I got two posts I get to take an extra. I'll then take my 55mm Micro simply because it's hard to find a good second-hand version.
My 50mm f1.8. I use it more than the kit lens anyways.
Two things, eh? Both ma bodies. I'd be tempted to take the 1.4 instead of the pentax, because that's worth more, but it would be a bitch finding another Pentax 67 in that condition. not to mention the emotional attachment :v: Lenses are replaceable, old medium format? not as much.
Camera: Sony A100 (Mother gave it to me. T'was saving to buy a Canon 7D but since this A100 was sufficient for my needs, I decided to save the money for other equipment.) I'd grab my bag with all my stuff in and my Mac.

My dad was a photographer, so I've got bags full. Yeah, I know, shit phone camera is shit. Stuff I can remember: MF: Hasselblad 500c/m Rolleiflex Holga POS plastic toy camera 135: Leica M4-2 Nikon F Nikormat Nikon FM2 Olympus Trip 35 Lenses: Bunch of ai and pre-ai Nikkors Stuff I actually use: Nikon F100 Nikon D50 50mm f1.8 24mm f2.8 sb-600
If I could only take two things in a fire it would be my 500D body and my FD 50mm 1.4. Or maybe my Tamron 10-24 because old lenses are quite cheap nowadays, whereas that Tamron cost a bucketload.

Also, I want a decent flash for my 1000D without breaking the bank. 430EX looks good but I'm not really sure if it's worth £160-200
d3100 isnt mine, was bought with uni money, three of them as well as three 70-300 lenses some of the equipment shown here though is loaned to uni and used for surveys at water inlets, so d3100's were bought because its cheap as well as the 70-300 lenses. not 'my gear' but its here so why not :P

Are there any good flashes for under £100?
Mainly use a Nikon D40 and a Olympus OM10. On top of that I've got about twenty other camera's at home including a bunch of Ricoh's and a Minox.
