Sooo, you guys might remember this thread, http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1285693. Well it happened again and in exactly the same way, even the same cat. This time though the bird is a bit older than Riddle. I'm going to do my best to raise it and hopefully it will be a healthy grown up bird soon. I called it Myst:
Oh. I was flipping through the last thread and didn't see this one. :v: I really love these birds. They seem to gravitate to you.
So you have two crows and a duck now
Both my duck and Riddle were free to go if they wanted and they did! So yeah only have Myst now. [editline]29th May 2015[/editline]
Oh. It's ridiculous.
Birds, especially crows, spread information amongst each other about dangerous people: http://rspb.royalsocietypublishing.org/content/early/2011/06/20/rspb.2011.0957 So it's possible you may be known by local jackdaws for being friendly. Dead serious. Most people don't realize that crows are extremely intelligent.
You need to get tons more and start a bird army.
You need to get tons more and start a bird army.
It'll be a murder.

Keep us posted! Gonna need more pics when you get it to ride on your shoulder.
I will! I have some hard work a head of me...
I think we'd all like to see a picture of riddle sleeping in your room.
If you need any help (doubt you will) give me a holla (or caw).
Honestly I always liked the concept of a pet crow, they seem like pretty intelligent birds, and more likely to remember you if you let them go. I guess I like the idea of a bird that you let fly around outside and do whatever, but they still come back to you. Its probably more practical to just befriend local crows, because apparently crows are pretty good at remembering specific humans.
Any chance it's Riddle?
No chance, it's a young one. I think it has the same parents as Riddle though, so brother or sister more likely, which is awesome! Update! I have succesfully reintroduced Myst to it's parents! So this ended way sooner than I thought. I really wanted a permanent Jackdaw pet though. Maybe next year.. I made some crappy snapchat clips of Myst, I'll upload them later.
