Not bad, I assume players will be able to upload their images to it? Perhaps allow it to be used on a website that they can edit different pieces of info, such as the avatar, MOTD and such.
that BSP decompiler was made by Will Fowler, a close friend of mine that worked with me, and still works with me to this day to improve that BSP decompiler. I can send you the latest version that will actually convert all the old multi_managers to source engine input/output format and a ton of other things. mdlconvert.exe was created by Lee Glasser, another person I know and spoke to. Gearcraft is the map editor for Nightfire and is a modified Worldcraft (later known as Valve Hammer). i know everything about the original Nightfire PC version from top to bottom. I've worked with it for so many years you don't even want to know.
Nobody gives a shit on how long you worked on it. It's your project, this is his project. The tools are released free and publicly so that is not an issue, yeah thanks for contributing to the tools but that doesn't give you permission to be a total douche.
fuck you all, then. i have no respect and good luck getting the latest tools as i'll make sure they aren't released now. (User was banned for this post ("flaming" - Orkel))
fuck you all, then. i have no respect and good luck getting the latest tools as i'll make sure they aren't released now.
Probably would have been the best road to take from the get-go. Bartledoo!
fuck you all, then. i have no respect and good luck getting the latest tools as i'll make sure they aren't released now.
I simply don't understand your purpose, are you somehow threatning him to join your crew and if he does not comply you are instead being a total douche and now wish to remove the possibilities of modding the game, the thing you've worked on for years? That's abit double moral is it not? Why release the tools in the first place if you don't want other people than your crew to use it?
fuck you all, then. i have no respect and good luck getting the latest tools as i'll make sure they aren't released now.
There are a lot of programmers capable of writing such tools, you know? :v:
You should be able to catch onto why your group size is so small now.
I have been taking the time to write my own navigation into darkrp. It is for a new role I have been working on. It is simple A* pathing logic. I made beams to signify links/path, red/blue respectively.
Great fix. I suggest moving the spawns to the town though.
I thought about moving the spawns, and ultimately decided it's EASY to do with Lua, and hence, if people need custom spawns, they can easily do that themselves. There will be loads of opinions on where the best place for spawns on that map would be.
seriously, why does everyone use the same HUD style? why not make something unique
"Super Duper Sleek Unique HUD for only $5"?
"Super Duper Sleek Unique HUD for only $5"?
5.00x268=1340 lol
5.00x268=1340 lol
It's all because the image says 'sweg'
5.00x268=1340 lol
- those fucking paypal taxes
Simple IC Translation Thingy Thanks for google for 85% correct translation!
Simple IC Translation Thingy Thanks for google for 85% correct translation!
you you like bananas in your arse
I want to say thanks to user called Upset for making awesome UT1999 swep pack. so i just decided to remake my old shitty ctf gamemode. (its gmod btw)
Some oldschool stuff again :v:
that a* stuff that guy did last page inspired me to make something like it
Now do it without nodes.
Spacetech once made a module, gm_navigation, that created nodes for maps for A* pathfinding. It was great stuff.
-vid-
where did you get the map?
[vid]http://lexi.org.uk/!/gm_construct_2014-5-10_13-49-03.webmhd.webm[/vid] Finally got around to trying these stencil things. [editline]10th May 2014[/editline] [vid]http://lexi.org.uk/!/gm_construct_2014-5-10_15-02-15.webmhd.webm[/vid] Wheee (PS I love you Jinto)
[vid]http://lexi.org.uk/!/gm_construct_2014-5-10_16-11-59.webmhd.webm[/vid] The mesh library seems very reasonable, but I've got no idea how I'm going to make it keep rendering once you pass the stencil threshold. I may have to do something insane. [editline]10th May 2014[/editline] ..uh. Hi automerge, thank you for working. [editline]10th May 2014[/editline] (Sorry for the double post) [editline]10th May 2014[/editline] [vid]http://lexi.org.uk/!/gm_construct_2014-5-10_16-34-36.mp4.mp4[/vid] It's a shame Garry disabled [vid] looping.
Scripted car extension of the tank base and some new features for rocket ramps :v: [vid]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6222898/Missile%20Launchers.webm[/vid] [vid]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6222898/SCUD.webm[/vid]
[vid]http://lexi.org.uk/!/gm_construct_2014-5-10_18-16-49.webmhd.webm[/vid] Woop! Spent quite a while refactoring my code in order to make tex coords & positions work but on the bright side I should hopefully be able to render the (now singular!) mesh without being attached to an entity, thus letting me continue to render it once the user goes through the doorway. (5MB mp4 fallback for ffox users, since this particular webm is apparently 'wrong') [editline]10th May 2014[/editline] (huh, the mp4 doesn't seem to work either. Here's a 10MB raw webm that does work)
I have just created a script for my server, where when you first join the server, there is no music, then in game you can toggle loading screen music on and off and what song(s) you want to play, just something simple. I mainly did it for learning MySQL, PHP and Javascript. So, I solved the "I HATE MUSIC", "PLAY THIS SONG" problem on my server.
Make an editor ala Portal 2 and you have Pokemon Gen 3 secret bases in gmod. :v: (no but seriously, that would be cool as shit)
You can't walk in them though.
You can't walk in them though.
You could fake it using the gravity hull addon technology.
