I'm impressed by the progress of the guys over at Phoronix forums / IRC.
Hopefully we will get native sourcemods compiling on linux. That would be pretty sweet.

Once VALVe actually releases this, they'll probably have released all the Source games for Macs anyway. And since this is a mac port to linux. I'll completely delete my XP partition as a result.
I'm pretty sure that the SDK's will come to both the Mac and Linux platforms too.
Cant wait then, I like using Linux more then Windows Vista :S ;probably making the switch once I get my harddrive back from WD's Mississauga, ON. location. Dont know which Distro I want, I like mint and Ubuntu etc. Something that is popular but good to use, was looking at #Crunchbang Linux. I have a decent computer so resources isnt a problem. The only problem is that I dont really know to many Terminal commands. Also can anyone help me with a issue Im having, Alot of linux distro's Ive been using have my Wifi signal/link at %19 avg. Yet when I use Windows It shows me I have a decent %70 avg. I can play HD on youtube in those Distro's fine, could it be a problem with Linux and my hardware, I use a rtl8185 or something.
Ok. If steam is completely ported to linux and I get most of the games running decently on linux. Than I'm kicking out windows and I'll be a linux user forever more.
