A friend of mine is experiencing some graphical glitches in FarCry 4, while everything else works perfectly fine.
One of the issues is that the trees will randomly flicker in and out of existence, another one is related to the LoD of the trees, they will randomly become 2D sprites, something which is obviously only supposed to happen if they're a long distance away from you, but this may happen even if he's right in front of one.
He runs it on two GTX 680's in SLI, so the first thing we tried to do was reinstalling the drivers, which didn't work. We then tried disabling SLI, which didn't work either, and as a last resort, we completely removed one of the GTX 680's from his system, but that didn't do anything, either.
Figuring that it might just be an early glitch with Nvidia GPU's, we installed it on my system, which uses a GTX 770. Everything looked perfectly normal on my system, and we also got a higher framerate on it than both of his 680's were able to put out.
The rest of his system's specs:
ASrock Z77 Extreme 4
8GB Corsair XMS3
Samsung Pro 850 256GB SSD
There's a possibility that there's an issue with the hardware of the cards themselves, are you having any issues with any other games? If you are, get them RMA'd if you can.
My bet is hardware fault, of some sorts.

Even though this doesn't really seem like something caused by malfunctioning hardware to me, we did rule that out. We ran 3DMark11, he got the results he was supposed to get, and nothing looked weird. We ran Furmark for two hours, no artifacts or system crashes, and we ran Unigine Heaven, and he got the expected results, and no graphical oddities.
This was last thursday, and he has since been running other games, such as Crysis 3, FarCry 3, Battlefield 4, Alien Isolation, and Wreckfest, and everything works like it should. It's just FC4 that's acting up for some reason
its an issue with far cry 4.
try disabling mip maps. that may help
