I feel like a trance artist when I mess with it. Makes me want to get something like fruity loops and make my own music for my videos. I'm just usually so bad at music, the blocks make it easy.
Eh, no shit, I just clicked around randomly and it sounded amazing.

Godamnit Apple. I was actually getting somewhat excited about something you did, for once. iOS 5 has some nice features that would be nice on my 2nd Generation iPod Touch, such as the PC free feature, which would remove my need to sync to my dad's Mac every week or so. I was hoping that it would also improve my iPod's speed somewhat, as it has been painfully slow since iOS 4. I scroll down, and one single image crushes all of my hopes. Compatible with iPod Touch Third and Fourth Generation.

I wouldn't even expect to run it properly/quick even if it was possible to use iOS5.

Considering iOS 4 barely runs on my iPhone 3G i'd hate to see the slideshow of iOS 5
I got an ipod 2g as well but am not really excited about iOS5. I wouldn't even expect to run it properly/quick even if it was possible to use iOS5.
I know that my hopes that it would run even a bit faster were rather unrealistic, but they could have at least given us some kind of update to try and fix the piece of crap that iOS4 is on 2nd Gen iPod Touches/allowed us to downgrade to iOS3. I can't even play a third of my games now without crashing repeatedly.
Considering iOS 4 barely runs on my iPhone 3G i'd hate to see the slideshow of iOS 5
iOS 5 isn't supported on the 3G

I just learned that the lead producer of Skyrim confirmed that it is being developed on consoles and ported to PC. Why are we still developing brand-new games on 5-6 year old hardware?

also i think that consoles pretty much look like ass.. more people need to develop exclusively for the PC (it's already happening, gems like terraria and minecraft)

They could just do it the source way They made their engine XBox compatible with a few hundered if directives (Mostly because its similar, but still) And their tools can also produce models optimized for XBox

In any case, "console port" does not mean "sucks". A good port can be just as good as a PC exclusive - Halo, for instance, had a flawless PC port, which was even better than the console version.

I'm on 2G and I'm still on around 2.6 :v:
True console port doesn't automatically mean suck, it's just that in 95% of the cases it does and they end up being horribly optimized, buggy and look like shit.
To be fair, something like 90% of native PC games are horribly optimized, buggy and look like shit.

Honestly, when it was released, the PC port for Halo CE was pretty..crappy. For example, you can't run it at above 30 FPS or else cutscenes get out of sync and animations look jittery...

No patches, either - installed from retail, and when I played it, all I had was dial-up.
Same as gman. Not the dial-up part though.
