The android media player doesn't have xvid and other such codecs, tried realplayer, didn't really work. so does anyone recommend a app media player that basically plays anything? btw, realplayer is still in beta, reported some bugs, thinks realplayer will support everything later on but I would like to use one now.
I use this, never had an issue. Moboplayer
Btw, did the android market change it'd look? Black background, with black lines going down, right?
I use PowerAMP, but I am contemplating on getting a new one and seeing what else is out there. One of the best aspects of PowerAMP is that you can have equalizers set to how you're listening (ie. Headphones or through the speaker)

Hell, even the codec it tells you to download still doesn't make it work right, at least for me...
Music: poweramp Video: mx video player
Do any of these support last.fm? As in the scrobbling thing?
So far, moboplayer has been doing it's job, been using it for over a week and I'm satisfied with this free app, gonna recommend it to anyone that needs it :P
Cause I am definitely not like Poweramp's trial, it took forever to find the artist view, and all I really care for is artists drop down with queuing as well as scrobbling. [editline]6th October 2011[/editline] Damn Mobo Player couldn't detect any music for me, I even chose the directory with my music :\

I use QQPlayer, seems to work on the codecs I've tested it on thus far.
Check out Poweramp 2.0 Beta 2: http://forum.powerampapp.com/index.php?/topic/1798-poweramp-v20-beta-2/ Very promising.
