And I'm guessing you get the choice of 32/ 64-Bit. [editline]11:51PM[/editline] Bah, no disk :saddowns:
you can get pro off that site
What was the goddamn point of buying the upgrade if they were going to pull this shit for only about 30 bucks more? Refund please.
i am so going to get ultimate.
I just got the HP upgrade pack for 50 bucks, and that's all I need
How is the retail version going to be different from the RC I think the RC is fine for me atm
What was the goddamn point of buying the upgrade if they were going to pull this shit for only about 30 bucks more? Refund please.
Um... because it was 30 bucks cheaper? Seriously they're pretty much the same thing, what's the problem. [editline]08:52PM[/editline]
How is the retail version going to be different from the RC I think the RC is fine for me atm
Retail won't time-bomb next year.
Hey don't get this. This is the OEM version, not the retail version, meaning you can only install it on one computer.
Hey don't get this. This is the OEM version, not the retail version, meaning you can only install it on one computer.
Retail only goes on one computer too.
Retail only goes on one computer too.
Eh? Since when? All my other retail OSes can be installed on as many computers as you want...
win 7 is kickass, i'm definitely getting this when it ships. Although i may not have the money for it.
Eh? Since when? All my other retail OSes can be installed on as many computers as you want...
Retail gives you more activations more often before you have to call in, but legally it's still limited to one computer at a time.
Retail won't time-bomb next year.
Retail doesn't have a timebomb.
Retail doesn't have a timebomb.
Exactly.
I think I'm just going to stick with Vista for a while.
If I buy the 64-bit version, does it include the 32-bit version aswell?
If I buy the 64-bit version, does it include the 32-bit version aswell?
No, with the OEMs in the OP you only get one version. Retail and Upgrade discs give you both.
Exactly.
Oh. I kept reading "until next year". So that was redundant.
